So we all gotta look good for Zooms b/c heaven knows we are on Zooms constantly. Have you thought about your look? For business meetings? The chair you sit on? I have been sitting on a basic chair where I lean in and hope my lashes do the talking. But it's a year into this plague and a basic chair isn't cutting it for me anymore. I walked into Kellum's Furniture and was greeted immediately. I walked around and liked a lot of things -- rugs, lamps, sofas, side tables -- and then, there it was. The perfect chair. It is leather and regal. It has a lifetime warranty. It is made of flex steel and foam and springs and magic. It raises and lowers. It is on wooden legs with little roller feet. I mean, okay, I love this chair. But I'm also not one to spend that kind of money -- even with a very reasonable discount -- on the date I find something. So they kindly put the chair on hold for me. Then I went wasting my time looking for other office chairs, none of which remotely compared to the chair at Kellum's Furniture. But how would I get it home? Kellum's staff did all the heavy lifting and the complicated geometry to get the dream chair into my car. I am sitting in the chair right now, feeling like a queen. I cannot wait for my next business meeting on Zoom. Let's go. Thank you, Kellum's Furniture!

I have been purchasing furniture from Kellum's for almost twenty years. It is a family-owned and operated business and the only Flex Steel dealer in the area. They are polite and knowledgeable and always ready to assist in any way they can. They have even gone above and beyond in helping me find a particular antique I was looking to add to the house. Our old house, 4,000 square feet, had at least ten pieces of flex steel furniture before downsizing and never had a bit of trouble. I would highly recommend Kellum's Furniture for your housing needs. The staff and owners are always friendly and professional. They've helped us furnish our home for years. The styles and colors of furniture, accessories and artwork are fresh and current. I'll post before and after pictures when the room is finished ?.

BEWARE!! I ignored the reviews before ordering furniture from this store. This is MY FAULT. I ordered a flexsteel recliner October 24, 2019 as a Christmas present. Nicole (Kellum's granddaughter) said the flexsteel recliner would come in plenty of time for the December 24 delivery and they would keep the recliner in their warehouse. I asked that I receive a text when flexsteel recliner arrives. After Thanksgiving I have not received a text so I called. Talked to Lana (first day of work) eventually talked to Nicole (her last week of work). Nicole assured me several times, the recliner would arrived December 24. I didn't worry about it until today December 24. No flexsteel recliner, no one knows what is going on. Owner (Betty) has no clue. She blames everyone except herself. She said Flexsteel company cancel the order.... You think as an owner she would have contacted me. What is upsetting to me is no one from the store contacted me or returned my calls.

There comes a time when something has to be said about poor quality and service. Have always thought of FlexSteel furniture being good quality but that is changing quickly. Purchased a recliner with lifetime warranty in April 2018 from Kellum's, in November reported a problem with chair to Kellum's.
