Unfortunately I can't put 0 stars. I just moved to Tallahassee and needed to establish a new veterinarian for my dog and saw that Cumberland also offered " luxury boarding" so I made an appointment and brought him in. PLEASE for the love of your pet (and pocket) take them somewhere (anywhere) else! $900 later he is no better from his suppuse infection after 11 years of having NO ISSUES except for his yearly vaccination. I had a bad feeling from the first visit, should have listened to myself?.They want to keep you on a vicious cycle of continual service with no resolution.!!!!

This veterinarian clinic takes care of six of my animals. The doctors are wonderful they spend time talking with you explaining diagnoses and care. They are very empathetic and caring for end of life situations. It is very easy to get your animals in when needed. I can't say enough about them.

We had to put our german shepherd down ? and the vet was so kind and laid on the floor with our family petting her as she passed! Great employees who really care for the animals...

I had a crying Vet Technician greet me in the room. I could hear through the paper thin walls Dr. Bowman screaming at this young girl. I did not want my dog to be seen by a veterinarian who could not control her own behavior or be hostile towards my own dog. Shame on you Dr Bowman for making your staff feel upset to the point of crying in front of clients. I could tell Dr. Bowman is not a compassionate human being. And I would never leave my dog in her care. I left and went to Dr Winters Animal hospital across the street and felt much more comfortable with my dog being in his care.

Love this clinic! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable!! We drive 45 mins one way to bring our pets here because we like the staff here so much!

We took our dog into Cumberland as a terribly sick new patient. The staff and Veterinarians were wonderful, kind, and compassionate. They carefully worked with us within the budget we had. Unfortunately, we learned that our pup's issue could not be treated without difficult, lengthy, and costly measures and no guarantee of success. We decided that we did not want to put the pup through additional suffering. Cumberland helped us see her off in comfort and love. Thank you so much for being who you are, and your help and kindness are extraordinary. I highly recommend Cumberland to anyone!!

I'm a first-time dog owner and came to Cumberland to get my pup spayed. The vet techs, staff & Dr Bowman were truly fantastic and eased all my worries about the procedure. My pup is healing perfectly! They go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are well taken care of. The office is clean and just over the Leon Co line! Would absolutely recommend this clinic if you are looking for veterinarian care!

soooooo 1st time here was a very nice experience which was last year sometime. the dr we had was awesome (Male) understanding, compassionate, staff was great also. this go around i will NEVER return. took dog in for anal gland issues but was outdated on his yearly so went ahead and got that done. should of been somewhere around $250 for everything. even got that quoted before i made the appointment. get there and dr (female) Bowman was rude as ever not understanding, very demanding and a straight sales person who didn't care about anything but the $$$$.her main goal was to rack my bill up.it was $500 even though i repeated my self 100 times that we could not do all of this today. the whole reason he was brought in was for anal glands. the female dr made every excuse not to do it. o hes in pain o we will have to put him to sleep o well were not going to this round we need to fill him up with all these meds before we can even look at it. she said yall need to come back in two weeks. i made an appointment before i left and was told a total for when i comeback in two weeks bc the only thing that needed to be done was the anal glands. i called 2 days ago. i said we have an appointment Friday at 8 but i was called into work can i drop my dog off and come back. o no problem we open at 7:30 and you can come back anytime before we close. great my husband got to the appointment today and wanted to pay before heading to work they came up with he needs another shot and there is a fee for dropping him off WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED 2 days ago or when i made the damn appointment. Con Artist. i will never bring my dog back to this vet ever again.
