I’ve been coming to this post office for quite some time and for the past few weeks/months the cleanliness has not been up to par.This morning I came to this office and was speechless on how clean and amazing this place was looking and smelling.I can honestly say this is officially the ONLY post office in Putnam that is clean and fresh smelling.keep up the great work.

Can we please stop delivering my packages to the bushes in my driveway? Yes, it is like a really not cool, bad game of hide and seek with my packages. I have a porch, may I please request that my porch receive my packages? I just found a package today in my bushes. I have no clue how long it was there but it definitely weathered yesterday's storm. I haven't opened yet to see if it's content held up or not. Packages on my porch please.

Yes I live in a Rural neighborhood and you might have to drive in my driveway to drop off pkgs . But leaving them on my utility trailer or besides my car out in the driveway or at the front gate for the wet dew or rain to destroy the box is sheer laziness. If your not getting paid enough it’s not the customers fault!I still go over and above at my job even when I don’t get paid what I want.Even FED EX gets real lazy out here to. Not walking 10 more feet to my porch!Great world we live in!

Constantly telling me to put a different address and when I do they change it. Won’t take certain packages because they won’t get paid for it even if you have the correct address. Constantly having problems with this place that are easily avoidable. I don’t know whats going on here but need a whole new staff. Ridiculous.

Mail carriers either deliver mail to wrong address or they don't pick up the mail from my mail box. Sometimes I don't even get or see anything for a week. Spoke with new post master guess he can't control his employees. In my opinion if you don't do your job you shouldn't have it and find one that you can do. The carrier did it again on Saturday no mail pick up. Update on my last review. I had to take a bill that was not picked up from my mail box again on Saturday and send it priority mail to make sure it was there on time. I tried to explain what was happening to the gentleman behind the counter, he stated that problem was for the post master to handle he really seemed uninterested in what my problem was and really didn't care what was going on with his co workers. If this is the way that the postal system works now it should be privatized maybe this postal union is the problem

New postmaster refuses to give me my package even though tracking confirms its at the office. was told "I didn't pay for that service" Even though the package was already late.

Cant deliever my mail tampers with my mail horrible complained to consumer affairs ! Im disabled the mail lady purposely holds my mailbuntil after my Dr appointment has had important papers not delievered because she didnt i at one pount did not recieve my monthly social security check. !!!!! Horrible service no need to complain they have not replaced this horrible post lady in 3 years. I have had it !!!!!!!!
