Just want to say a massive thank you to Corey from Conkey's! He was amazing to deal with, and communication was fantastic even with the time difference between them being in the States and me in NZ. Had an issue with my dogtra collar and he sorted it out and sent a replacement collar. Easy as, no stress!! Couldn't recommend them enough. Will definitely continue using them in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!! Fantastic service and on point communication!! Thanks again Corey!!

A little late but just wanted to say I was grateful to be able to find the fish antibiotics. My partner and I have a couple aquariums. Unfortunately my partner (my ex husband) now has dementia. It's a lot to take care of the fish and I may have to get rid of them as he can't help anymore. I can't run to the vet and get a prescription every time I need something as I can't take my ex everywhere. We are senior citizens and things are not easy nowadays. So thank you, thank you. And I love you are with the Lord. We are so lacking there in all the craziness.

I just wanted to say thank you to Zach. I was speaking to him at the Grand American about an antenna I had recently purchased from Conkey’s that was too big for my needs. He gave me the appropriate one free of charge, without asking and without hesitation. This is the kind of above and beyond customer service that is hard to find these days. I really appreciate a family business that cares about their customer base. He won a customer for life and I will always recommend Conkey’s to anyone I meet.

Very pleased with Conkey's Outdoors and would recommend them to anyone. I accidentally purchased the wrong item and their customer support team went above and beyond to help me figure out my order return. They are also quick to the handle shipping process so you receive your order in a timely manner. I would definitely order from them again!

I try to shop at our local hound hunting store, because he’s a great dude with nice shop and excellent customer service but these guys make it hard because they are GREAT. I do not do many reviews at all but they are worth the time and deserve the praise.Local place didn’t have the light I wanted nor did I have time to make it there do to work. I needed it soonI spoke with Zack for several several mins on the phone over different lights he was very knowledgeable and patientwith me helped me decide on a light and got it to me SUPER fast and I am thoroughly pleased with the choice he suggested. Super great dude and place.10 out 10 will be doing more business with them. Worth a call, I enjoyed the friendly knowledgeable conversation that I feel lots of businesses are lacking..great job Zack I hope you see this. God bless buddy!
