Eric Farnsworth of Access Air is a treasured resource in Harmony. I have lived here 20 years and have called on Eric many times. He has never once failed to come through, always after my A/C unit has failed me in some untimely way (a system originally installed by someone else, not Eric).
Eric is an HVAC expert with a strong sense of honesty and integrity to match. He will never charge you a penny more than the situation requires and often hundreds of dollars less than anyone else. He obviously takes pride in and very much enjoys his work - and it shows. I can't recommend Eric's services more highly.

Eric is the best around! He diagnosed our dead HVAC quickly and took the initiative to get us a new unit faster than we would have normally. He also went out of his way to help us get portable AC units in our house while he replaced the system. When he pulled out our old air handler, he noticed that the drywall wasn't done properly so he fixed it up as part of his work. He really does go above and beyond! Mr. Farnsworth came into my home and diagnosed my AC system and found the problem very fast. He then even checked if our system was still under warranty for us, which it turned out was not. He the gave us very fair estimate, which he was very transparent on the cost of parts and labor. When the parts came in he came in and replaced the parts that needed it and was done very fast. He was as professional as they come and would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was great and if I ever need anything again he will surely be the first one my wife and I call.Service: A/C system repair
