They were outstanding. Pete Kosmos one of the owners helped me big time. Today being Friday and the Friday of 4th of July weekend. I was trying to get home and my rig had a prob thinking I wasn't getting home to NC for the weekend. But he stopped what he was doing came out to my truck took a look and I was on my way in less than an hour. Tks Pete you made my wife a happy woman!!

Prices are very fair. Freightliner wanted $1100 for labor to replace the radiator in my Cascadia. FTR replaced my radiator, my EGR Cooler, and did my yearly DOT inspection for $865 out the door (I provided parts).

Absolutely disgusted. My brother went to this company in his work uniform to do a delivery and was greeted with "You're not here to rob us are you?" By a company official and then as if the initial comment wasn't offensive enough another representative of the company proceeds to say "because we shoot people with masks" in reference to him wearing a mask, which is intended to protect himself and others against the transmission of COVID. It is absolutely repulsive to think that you could be attending to your business and have such an open threat against your life along with a direct insult to your character. This is inexcusable.

Had a road side repair, from call to back on the road was less than 2hrs. Perfect service, fair prices, and the best customer service I've ever received while getting repairs. Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to lee and D. A. Thanks for working to get me ba k home to my family so promptly. They are very knowledgeable and keep you informed. Very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone broke down in the area. It's hard to find shops like these. They replaced xy shifter clutch and all. Gave me a ride to and from the hotel. Lee even bought me something to eat. It means alot when you're away from home and broke down over the holidays. Thanks for getting me back rolling.

The office staff is amazing!!! Very friendly and efficient. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great, they treat you like a person not a paycheck. After dealing with a failure mechanic elsewhere it was refreshing to go into their shop and have everything taken care of correctly and efficiently.
