The customer service staff is super friendly and always attentive to solving my requirements. The super friendly and bilingual cashier staff is a plus point of this agency.
Recently remodeled, it is super cute.

Worse branch at all .
No any customer service.
Employees very rude, and do all excuses not not allowed you to withdraw or close account to take your money, they want to keep your money much as possible…….

For starters, the teller at this branch had a malfunctioning check scanner machine, that was almost chewing up the checks. Took the teller double time to process the deposit. Then a money order (!) was erroneously returned and the account was assessed a bad check fee which caused confusion, aggravation, and time wasted. After our calls to Wells Fargo customer service the mistake was fixed, but there was no written apology or explanation issued. Avoid this branch, or be prepared...

I’ve been a customer of Wells Fargo for 10 years. Yesterday, at 4 PM, I arrived at the bank with my 3-year-old daughter to notarize a document, which typically takes about 10 minutes. Near the entrance, a bank employee greeted me warmly, learned the purpose of my visit, and informed me that she had already finished her work for the day and was leaving, even though it was only 4 PM. She mentioned that she was the only employee in the bank at that moment who could notarize my document and suggested I come back tomorrow. When I asked her to assist me today since the bank closes at 5 PM, she reiterated that she had already finished her work and was leaving.Rather than wasting more time, I decided to go to the nearest Wells Fargo branch a couple of miles away, which had the same working hours and rules. There, I was kindly assisted by bank employee Patricia Torres, who notarized my document promptly. This was the level of customer service I received at this particular branch of Wells Fargo.

My father recently passed away and I needed to close his account. Tenisha was incredibly nice and knew what she was doing. She is very good at what she does. The others around her who assisted when required were also very friendly. Nice and good at what they do, you couldn't ask for anything more. I will be happy to go here again.

It's a busy branch located on Hallandale Beach Blvd. They really try to get people in and out quickly. The best time to go is either early or late in the day. Never on a Monday, or the 1st open day after a holiday.
