The attention in the pharmacy area is FATAL.

The liquor store section is always closed for a 30-minute break every day, which is incredibly inconvenient. When I raised the issue with the manager, she was rude and dismissive, responding with, “What do you want me to do about it?” This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Unfriendly staff.. items billed but not provided. Staff were not helpful when called them for refund. They confirmed the items were not provided by cashier but want me to come back to store so they can refund. Despite letting them know I had flight back home and can’t travel all the way back for refund of small balance.
Queue was managed pathetically .. long wait hours fir only 1-2 clients .. very inefficient staff

Very poor customer service at the Pharmacy. Customers were left waiting in line for a long time while one person serviced the Drive through and main counter and 5 techs were in the back. The assistant manager was dismissive when asked for help and the store manager, Carlos Caranza wasn't very pleasant when asked either. They definitely don't value their customers.

This location is not open 24 hours. They close the store at 11pm.

Oxana the pharmacist was so helpful. I was stucked after an international flight with no medicines and she went the extra mile to make sure I am getting everything. Kudos.

Terrible waiting times for prescription pick ups, I waited so long for them to give me my prescription, it’s actually ridiculous, they are so slow at their jobs. I am switching pharmacies

The worst service, not enough staff the lady employee talking on her personal cell phone about an apartment she wants to rent or buy I came to pick up photo which I got email saving it was ready took over 10 minutes for the employee to tells me that he can’t find it, I just left never coming to this Walgreens again !!
