If I could I would give five stars to the pharmacy department. Erika and her team are so helpful because unlike any other pharmacy they treated me in such good care when it came to a very difficult situation and they were prompts about getting my medication to me as well as help get me priority on list even though they were low on stock and on a shortage according to all the pharmacies in county . I've been told said medication wasn't available for months at almost every pharmacy so for this lady to go out of her way and put me as priority it was really stellar service and I got to give 10 stars to miss Erika & staff for the professional and kind service.

Terrible SERVICE There is no good service and they treat the customer badly, I have come several times and I have always received poor service from all the staff, Dwrigh is a special person who treats the customer poorly, I had a long time waiting for him to give me some documents and he told me that he didn't know where my documents were and that that wasn't his problem, to make the pick up there is no one to attend, they should change the staff

I went to get the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday, April 19, 2024, the man who was in charge of doing this procedure, despite not having a pleasant attitude towards me at any time, injected me with the vaccine in a very unpleasant manner. So, since I felt the needle it hurt (something that almost never happens to me) and I felt that the liquid was injected very quickly that I even heard that it came in with bubbles, the liquid hurt me a lot (something that had never happened to me before with a COVID-19 vaccine), but okay, I wanted to think that this man was having a bad day, I'm pregnant and I thought maybe that made me more sensitive, but once I left there I immediately started having pain in my arm and in a lymph node in my left chest, I let it pass too, the next day I was red and very hard where he injected me and I couldn't even touch me, the next day Sunday, I have more red, harder and feverish (I attached the photos). I just want to prevent this very bad experience from happening to someone else at this Walgreens, if you need to get vaccinated, go to another location, since this is not a pleasant thing to be happening because of a person who is simply not professional in his job.

Came in to print some photos and I asked the lady how I can make them smaller and she was super short and rude. Not to mention she was also rude to the people behind me. I came back to see if my pictures were ready and got no help for like 15-20 minutes. I work in customer service and her attitude made me not want to go back there ever again. I got tired of waiting and just left. I would not recommend coming to this Walgreens whatsoever.

Gemini completely ignored us when we came up to the cashier.. she was talking to what looked like a friend based on how they spoke…the conversation included raising their kids and how other people raise there kids…instead of putting her conversation on pause to take care of us saying “hi how are you” she signaled with her hand to give her our products and sent us on our way. Totally absurd i would rather have a self checkout than gemini as a cashier.

I walked into the Walgreens at 9pm to purchase a gift card. After purchasing the gift card I asked to use the restroom.A Manager by the name of Dwright told me that the bathroom is clean for the night and he won’t allow me to use it.He proceeded to tell me that this is private property he doesn’t have allow me to use the restroom.This behavior is unacceptable towards a loyal customer of Walgreens.

If I could leave 0 stars that's what I would leave for this location. First time using Walgreens photo. I ordered online. One photo I paid extra for since it's a bigger size (5x7). Online nothing was cropped out. It was perfect. Came to the store. Paid and collected my photos. I left. Then checked out the photos later and found how chopped off the 5x7 came out. I asked the shift manager Asif to fix the problem since I paid extra for it and he said there's nothing he could do. How about your job and cater to actual customer service?!

Terrible service at the Pharmacy! I left the prescription, they told me to come back in 2 hours and when I went they JUST started looking for the medicine and JUST realized they didn't have enough in stock!!!! If they had done their job well they would have realized it and notified me by phone so as not to waste those 2 hours without my family being able to have their medicines!! The man who served me is a lazy man with no manners, he spoke to me while yawning and didn't even show his face to me, he did it from afar. Zero empathy or customer service
