The staff at this store is wonderful ,very supportive and Patient. I initially had some issues with my account access and they assisted to fix the problem timely and referred me to resources to assist further when I needed them. Thank you to Marley and Team at this store.

I walked in and got Viktor at the Hallandale Verizon store. This guy stayed with me every step of the way. He helped get my phone unlocked, downloaded the Verizon App, set up the account, made me aware of all the discounts available to me (teacher discounts), and helped me with the autopay. I was up and running pretty quick. I still took up a lot of his time though… with all my questions, & he didn’t get upset or rush me or anything. I felt bad for monopolizing him, but he never showed any sign of irritation and helped me all the way, answered all my questions… dude was awesome!

Place is a bunch of low level scam artist salesmen, got sold garbage I didn’t want as I was told it was sales tax. People who work here are a joke and are low level trash.

Abdel was amazing! I was down visiting on vacation and my wife lost her phone. He was quick to look at my account and give me multiple options for replacing and upgrading. He showed concern that my wife would be able to get all of her data back and was quick in the process. This is the best experience I have ever had with a Verizon associate and I have been a customer for a long time. Thanks Abdel!

I signed up with Verizon because I was supposed to get with each phone, a free iPad or a free watch. I had three phones and we got three iPads and an I watch there was no contract to sign. Just they had a place to sign your name with no words, my first bill came and my bill was over $900. I went into Verizon to find out why the bill was so high and they told me there's a $35 charge to start up each iPad each phone and the I watch and there was a $10 charge every month for Wifi on each of these items, I said well I'm gonna return the items cause I don't want the $10 charge. They told me they would not accept the items back because I had opened the box. I have never used the iPads. I get a crazy bill every month. I just spoke to someone on the phone today. Her initials were RM. I told her so far I have paid about $900 with those $10 fees for a year and a half. I asked when those $10 charges would be removed and she told me in 2026 that would mean by the time 2026 was over I would've paid four times the amount that Apple charges for an iPad and a watch. I have never been treated so poorly and been taken advantage of. I am sure every single person on the Verizon app is being overcharged when I spoke to this woman with the initials RM I was told that she was going to reverse all the charges and take them off, I was to receive an email very shortly which I never received. How can this company take advantage of us I want to get out of Verizon. I want my money back I want these charges stopped in this day and who can't afford to pay these bills. Anybody has had the samesituation please let me know. Think this could be a great action lawsuit.

I’ve been having issues with my phone between no service and billing issues, but I came in and jose took care of me he went over my billing and helped reset some settings on my phone. Great customer service

I visited this location a few time regarding my phone service today I was greeted by Jose which looked over my settings and did a sim change to help my situation. Excellent customer service great location
