I've known Rex for 4 years and he has always worked on my BMW 650i. Just recently I had an issue with my stabilizer bar and then as he went into my car I had other issues of oil leak and he showed me and took care of that as well. Now my car drives beautifully. I will never go to anybody else. His patience and knowledge of cars is the best I've seen. I made a YouTube video named BMW & Rex. Check it out!

Rex saved us last week when we were visiting Hollywood, Fl and our car’s engine faltered badly. It was a Friday evening and we were due to leave town and our AirBnB early the next morning, and the car wouldn’t run. I called Rex; he made a reasonable housecall, and my husband followed him back to an auto parts store and Rex fixed it. He was nice, competent, and explained all of the steps he took to get the repair done—all for a reasonable fee. We think Rex is a star!!

I've got a 2007 Audi A4 with 105k miles on it. Owned it for 3 years, and it's been smooth sailing until now. The engine was in perfect condition. Then, the AC started acting up, so I figured I'd swing by this local shop since it was nearby.
Picked up the car, and right away, I noticed the hood sensor wasn't playing nice. The dashboard kept insisting the hood was open, even though it was securely shut. Mentioned it to Rex before leaving, and he said he'd order a new sensor to fix it up. Weird thing was, when I got home and hit the key fob to lock the car, I realized the usual alarm sound didn't sound. Sent Rex a text about the alarm hitch, but he didn't reply. Next day, I messaged him about the hood sensor again, but still no word. That was two months ago, and I haven't heard from him ever since.
However, that wasn't the worst part. The worst thing was that, two weeks after that so-called "fix," my car stopped working completely. Total shutdown. Now, this is a ride that ran smooth as butter for more than 3 years, and now it won't even start. I rolled into that shop with a glitchy AC, and now I can't even get the engine running. It has multiple misfires: I myself replaced the spark plugs, coils, coils connectors, two relays, two burnt fuses, battery, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, and even the ECU. Nothing seems to solve the problem.
Bottom line? I wouldn't touch this shop with a ten-foot pole, and I sure wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Rex (owner of business) is a nice individual, but I have noticed he charges a lot more then his peers. He was charging me $250 for a job I paid $80 somewhere else.

I had been having issues with my SUV before the flood, brought it in elsewhere and they found nothing wrong. Then the flood happened. My whole house got flooded. Then my car became borderline unusable. I work overnights so I had to call my parents and ask if they could bring it in somewhere while I slept. Most places were closed, or didn't have a mechanic. But this guy said he could take my car immediately! He found the multiple problems and was able to fix it THAT DAY without order parts. My father who is a retired mechanic was VERY impressed, and that says something. Not only that, I expected it to cost thousands... cuz Florida. Nope! Kept it under a thousand for new spark plugs, fuel injector, and module. This guy was a life saver and I am immensely grateful.
