I had issues with my sunroof, which is a common problem on Volkswagen cars. Of course the dealer wanted an outrageous amount of money to fix it, which I was not willing to pay for an eleven year old car. However, I had to get it fixed because the sunroof was stuck in the open position. Not only did Luis fix the sunroof for about half what the dealer wanted to charge, but the workmanship was excellent! However, that’s not what impressed me. The customer service was second to none! In a time when customer service has gone out the window, it was refreshing to see it again up close. Luis was honest, got back to me when he said he would, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s rare to see businesses operate like that anymore. Everyone just wants to take your hard earned money! His integrity and honesty is why he now has a customer for life!

I have been going to The Car Factory for over 5 years, and it's the only body shop I trust with any of my vehicles. They are honest and care about their customers. Every time I have an issue with my car, I bring it here. Once they are finished with my car, it's like I have a brand new car again. I highly recommend The Car Factory.

Simply Wow! Luis and his staff's workmanship and customer service is of the highest quality. I brought my vehicle to him and within the day he provided me with a fair quote and timeline.
