HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid shopping at this location. I always go to a couple other stores further away from me because it’s the same every time I shop here. This store is managed so poorly and it’s sad because it has a great location. It caters to locals and tourists. Today our cashier almost made the lady in front of me cry because she kept on pressuring her to pay correctly. (Lady was having issues w her card. Then she wanted to return something and that became another high pressure situation. Poor lady, she was sweating by the time she was done). The reason I could see everything was because the cashier kept on screaming “NEXT” before the person in front of her was done. She never smiled when she helped us. Only mumbled and grunted when I asked her a question. Then she proceeds to say “Next” before I even make my payment. The people in line didn’t hear nor acknowledge her so then she yells at the top of her lungs. Basically yelling right in my ear!! So rude!! I know they are under pressure to speed up the lines but forgoing customer service is not the way to do it. Then you have the loss prevention guy asking you to open every bag as you exit. Like WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR DUDE? You glanced at the receipt for a total of half a second and then you flex your muscle to inspect EVERY bag. There’s no way that makes sense. He doesn’t know what he is looking for. All that to say this. Stay away from this ROSS. Go elsewhere. There’s one in Sheridan. One in Ft Lauderdale. One in Aventura. ALL with better staff. Trust me.

Never seen such a long lines anywhere, in any store. It takes at least 30-35min to purchase something. You are steeling people time of life. Line goes to the middle of the store with only 2 cashiers at registers at best. Mean while 2-3 sales persons are walking around, talking, etc. plus two security guards standing around doing nothing. If you have money to hire 2 security guards, why don’t you hire at least one more cashier, or send more people to cash registers when needed. Very poor management.

The friday night shift workers are very disrespectful
One female worker (Haitian) literally pushed me over and I almost fell, she didn't even make sure if i was ok and she kept walking and said:"sorry dear" without even looking at me.
It ruined the whole shopping experience in there.

The loss prevention guy needs to be a little more subtle. Decided to follow us around the store the entire time we were there. We walked around sections of the store we weren't even interested in just to see if he would follow, and sure enough. It became a fun game for a while before we left (obviously not buying anything) and won't be returning. With Walmart, Burlington, Big Lots, and 5 Below close by, Ross isn't getting our business.
