The level of service and care is above and beyond. Compassion and kindness is rare, especially right before closing but Pharmacist V. Pierre Paul is one of those amazing angels and we are lucky to have her at our local Public Pharmacy.

People are so nice here. I noticed multiple times they come close to disabled people and help them with prescriptions to buy. Keep doing the good thing!

8/17/2023 After shopping in the store. I am thinking I am going home to shower and cook dinner, Instead I found myself in urgent care for 3 hrs after my mom fell in the store and no one helped her which is fine. When she asked an employee for help and he ignored her like a dog is where I draw the line. Once she asked him for him and told him what happen and he walked away from her as she struggle to follow him and ask why he wouldn't help her. Asking him If it was because she was the wrong color. He could have still walked away and said wait me let me get a manager. He forgot there are "cameras" After I called her on the phone as I was standing in the rain is when I found out she fell. Instead it sent me into a rage that my mom 69yrs turning 70yr in October hitting the ground knees first. Feeling degraded after her experience. I asked her to point him out and I confronted him. As he played stupid and apologized. I demanded a manager. They brought a chair took down her information and she was struggling to walk the manager helped me put her in the car that I pulled up. I apologized for being upset but the manger understood why. Which I am not mad at them because they didn't know. As she asked me why she didn't get help or EMT I told her I guess she wasn't good enough to deserve help from that employee or Publix we are on our own to get medical help. As I had to get on google after driving home to not even get out the car to find a Urgent care that was open once she complained of pain. Finding Medrite 17100 Collins Ave in Sunny isles was a life saver after they stayed open nearly 3 extra hours taking care of her. Thank you Dr Gaines, Kevin, and Romina for taking care of my mom a complete stranger that Publix didn't care to do.

Angela is by far the most compassionate and understanding person that I’ve ever had the business talking to, she is a amazing pharmacist and a great person, I’ve been filling at this specific pharmacy only due to how pleasurable it is to see and talk to Angela, she’s always on time with my medications and has never given me a problem

I placed my order for 2 subs at 11:22 am to be picked up at 1 pm. I arrive and of course one sandwich is ready and the other still has yet to be made. I'm the next person in line but the lady making online orders skips me to ask the man behind me what his name is and proceeded to leave the sandwich making area to assist the customer behind me in line to find his order. When I ask her why she skipped me like that she states she has 50 online orders to make but doesn't really address my concern. I've always liked publix and their sandwich and deli but today was unacceptable.

Clean store and always nice staff. Publix is always a neighborhood store. And it's pretty convenient to get in and out. Except the Hollywood, Florida location. Kinda confusing and parking is sometimes difficult.

Worst pharmacist rude, condescending, arrogant the list goes on. She miscounted seizure meds then blamed me when I called her. Honestly I will never go to that publix again because she works there. KUTANJACNeeds to learn how to do her job properly including dealing with disabled. I'm just so disappointed I has brain surgery 5 months ago and I need my meds to live. So sad she still has a job almost all the reviews are about her.

1 star is far too generous. ANGELA KUTANJAC is the absolute worst pharmacist in this state if not country. I have had the misfortune of getting my medicine filled at Publix on east Hallandale place, I filled them one month and the next month Angela was rude, refused to fill my medicine stating my ID needed to be updated. Once updated, She then, without my knowledge forfeited my medicines despite my having done what she asked,and left me without my prescriptions. When my doctor reached out to her she treated my doctor with the same unprofessional classless and careless manner. My doctor and I will both be officially filing complaints with her place of employment and against her state license.
