I was at the bank, and the hostess/manager at the entrance took all my information and told me to wait. After waiting for half an hour, they finally said that they wouldn't open an account for me because I am a student (I've been living here for 3 years) and have a Russian passport. Ta-da! If you want to waste your time for nothing, welcome to this wonderful bank!

Had my money taken at PNC Atms 3 times before at this location it only happened one time, but they have no option for teller deposits & it took almost a week to get the refund back very frustrating.

Why is this bank open??? they don't do any service, they use to take deposit now even that they don't do, we don't have any branch open any more less and less employee in each bank , I think its time to move bank, just a shame how this bank go down hill because of cutback, the customers is the one that hurt the most. just get out FL and back to PA.

They don't have tellers anymore ??♀️ I have a ton of coins at home that I wanted to exchange. Tellers would help count the coins, etc. How am I supposed to do that now?

I have been banking here for over five years and I have been happy with the service I receive. I read the other reviews and that is very unfortunate. However, that has not been my experience. I have always received excellent and professional service. It is true there is no drive-up teller. However, I use the drive-up ATM. I am happy with PNC.

We have a business account here. This bank is so frustrating. They have no tellers, so everything has to be done in a sit down office. They are always working in super slow motion. They make you verify your account a million different ways just to do the simplest of transactions such as exchanging coins for bills, something almost any bank will do without actually verifying your account. One of the representatives Nancy just flat out did everything in her power to make my transaction as painful as possible. I’d recommend the TD bank around the corner, they are much friendlier and actually want to work.
