Do not trust these reviews, and don’t waste your money! Despite the 1,500+ reviews and 4.8 stars, the place is a complete disappointment. They incentivize reviews as I overheard the staff asking folks if they’ve knew about the incentives for leaving positive reviews.The facility is unclean, with thick dust covering the ceiling area, and many of the machines were out of order. They force you to purchase a $2 debit card with a $10 minimum refill, making it difficult to ever finish the balance. To top it off, someone threw their dirty rags in with my clothes while drying, forcing me to rewash them elsewhere. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Save your money and find another laundromat.

Lourdes is an excellent person, very kind and efficient in her work, the facilities are very clean, the machines work very well, it is pleasant to stay in the place while we wait for our clothes!!! Highly recommended..
