So I go there all the time. This time I went to get some things I pawned. Well I didn't realize that I left my car keys at home and when I pulled up I turned off my car. Ugh no keys. I called my wife to Uber me or bring me the keys. In all the confusion I was giving a paper to sign but never giving my DRIVERS LICENSES back. I did t realize till the next day. So I called and they said that no I was giving the ID but I wasn't. I remember clearly giving it signing and not getting it back. Now they guys there are super nice they looked for it. Even called the guy that helped me but he says he gave it to me. So I ask can you look at the cameras. They don't have to show me but would be nice to see he didn't give it back. And maybe they can see where it went. They didn't want to look at all gave me the run around to do sooo. At my restaurant had that happen I would have looked at the camera. Mind you it's a out of state license and I can't get it back so easy. I wish I had the owners number to see if maybe he can look at cameras I mean it's not like I am asking for too much. As a customer for years you would think k they would have no issues doi g this for you. But seems like they do t wanna be accountable for anything.Please respond and help?!?

Customer service is really bad.I called to ask if they had Ipads available at the moment, the receptionist replied by saying "How about you come and see them yourself without me having to tell you what we have"; then he hangs up on me. Dude is rude and he's not doing his job.
