Entered the store looking for patio furniture after looking up location on the web. Walked through the whole showroom without anyone even offering to assist me. Made eye contact with two female employees but for some unknown reason was never assisted. Would never purchase anything from location.

Slim selection even though they do have catalogs you can order from also. I just prefer to see the pieces on site before buying. Customer service was good tho

Robyn was fantastic! Very down to earth and knows her business inside and out! She was phenomenal, went out of her way to show us all the patio furniture and to her time to explain the tails and materials and which ones were best! Although it's out of the way, this is definitely the place to go when shopping for big patio furniture that will last you a life time. If you're in the market for new patio furniture, make sure to stop by this warehouse. They have very modern and trendy styles as well as traditional sets that are durable. Sto by and make sure you ask for Robyn, she's the best!

On a whim decided to go to the place we always passed on I-95. Best customer service ever. Robin let us browse, asked some questions (even looked at photos of our house and patio) and guided us to the perfect outdoor furniture.

I had great experience. There was great furniture selection. The quality of the furniture was really good and prices did not seem too high. Most important furniture was in stock and delivered in 4 days. Very happy!

I walked in looking for some patio furniture ideas. I wasn't sure I currently need anything new, but would have considered buying few things had the staff been friendlier. I casually asked about some placemats that I liked, and the reply was something like this:"we bought it to decorate the store, Can't tell you where to buy something like this, and we have no interest in selling it to you or giving you any information". I walked out, and won't be back, most likely.

Showed up almost ar closing and they made it a point they were closing at 5. Good quality furniture but over priced. Don't see the warehouse prices.
