Got a pedicure and manicure. Was not inexpensive. All around bad job, got 3 broken nails in the first few days. Went back, they “fixed” the 3 nails. A week later both pedicure and liquid gel manicure totally falling apart. Getting the job redone somewhere else and never going back! Terrible experience.

Average at best. Tammy was SO agressive and rude. Made me feel like an annoyance when I asked HER to file my nails evenly. End product was bumpy, and gel polish was jagged around the edges. Tip of my nails are so rough and thick. NEVER AGAIN.

I did my nails not too long ago, and I'm very, very upset because they did a very bad job and not only that, they didn't even time to do the right thing.. and when my nails come off after not even one week and I see them green and mold, this shouldn't ever happen in a nail salon ? ? ever. I need my money back asap. because this is really crazy.. and it's not my first time coming to this nail salon.

They do not honor their online stated pricing. Techs vary. I went in a group and none were great and some were outright poor. I will not be going back, and I will be reporting them to BBB.

I came in to do my eyebrows and nails with Tammy she was great at her job. Very nice lady and the property seemed clean. I was pleased with my service.

Toes all cut up. Nails are cut ragged. I have pain every time they touch anything. $100.07 for my feet to look like this. I waited for my girl Lucy but she did a horrible job.

I came here for my quarterly pedicure and was seated within a reasonable time frame even though it was a very busy Saturday afternoon ! The quality of service was on point and I tipped accordingly ! I will for sure be back on my next trip to South Florida !

Highly recommend! Excellent service! Always had the idea it was a woman's Nail and Spa, decided to walk in and was surprised by the friendly lady on the front desk. She accommodated my request for an appointment. I booked a facial and pedicure and was assigned to Mariana. Facial was very professional; Mariana took all the time to do a great work. Same for pedicure.

I asked for a French manicure , they used pink instead of clear. If I wanted pink and white, I would've said so. And the eyebrows waxing ! I don't know why they don't tell you that they don't understand or don't know how to do it.

After five years of patronizing this salon, I’m sad to say things have changed there and yesterday was my last time. My nails look acceptable, and the salon seemed clean, but the overall experience and atmosphere were negative and uncomfortable, and pricing was dishonest. There are no consistent standards. I received the exact service three weeks ago and was charged $80. Yesterday as I prepared to pay, the employee handling the register told me it was $80, but my nail technicican interrupted and said it was $100. This was after I had already given him a $20 cash tip. Of course I quietly paid and left, but I will not be back.Services: Pedicure
