My first few experiences at this office were good: Friendly and professional office staff, and Dr McKenzie is very easy to talk to. The most recent time i've been there, it kind of felt like a machine. In other words, they want to get you in, then get you out. The doc was very nonchalant about a few issues I mentioned, even though they were real problems for me. No sulution/s were offered. Then, when I got my bloodwork done the next week, no one from their office ever called me to discuss it. I had to call several times (the first 2-3 times I called the recording said, "This call may be recorded," and then no one ever answered the phone), so I found a different number on Google and they finally answered. This was almost 3 weeks after my bloodwork was done. The person I spoke to on the phone couldn't tell me why no one contacted me yet about my bloodwork results, but he would make a note to have someone call me asap.If I was important to this doc, wouldn't someone have called me, rather than me having to call them to get someone to talk to?It just doesn't feel like they value the patient in this office anymore. I want my doc to care about me; not treat me as if I'm just another person to get money from.

Terrible service. They broke the law and refused service.Section 504 states that "no qualified individual with a disability in the United States shall be excluded from, denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under" any program or activity that either receives Federal financial assistance or is conducted by any Executive agency or the United States Postal Service.By trying force a disabled person to wear a mask to see the doctor, who already knows I have COPD and issues breathing. Let me verify Dr McKenzie is excellent. The staff at the office is terrible breaking laws.

I felt very comfortable there during the pandemic. The staff was careful to keep distances between the patience in the lobby and only allowed a few of us in at a time. It was very quick and efficient. My doctor, Dr. Michael McKenzie is truly a caregiver. He listens to my concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his office any time and to anyone.

Dr. McKenzie is very knowledgeable! He takes his time and had great bed side manor. He came highly recommended and I see why . So happy I changed my PCP . I was able to get my labs drawn right in the office . All of the staff were very friendly and COVID protocols were all followed .
