I am so glad that I came to this store again. I would deliberately go to an even further store because the customer experience before was horrible but today I received the most amazing customer experience ever. The new manager Alex is amazing. I plan on coming here from now on and referring my friends and family what a difference. Wow what a turn around. Culture is everything. Thank you

Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time ?? the representative Alex was highly knowledgeable, professional and his customer service was amazing. I went in for a small problem and he was able to fix it very quickly and efficiently. I give him 5 stars ⭐️

Very bad, I went to buy a phone because mine was already damaged, the guy who helped me was a very good person, zero complaints from him, the problem is that the phone they sold me doesn't work, it doesn't grab the applications, all the time It tells me that there is no network connection if I don't use wifi from somewhere some applications don't work for me I went to have it changed two days later and they told me no, it was the network, when I have always lived in the same place and I had never had a signal or network failure until I bought this phone and then I see that I have been paying $50 for months when I had a $36 plan, I paid $300 for this phone and they wanted me to buy another one because they didn't want it change now I have a phone that keeps getting stuck, that doesn't grab my applications and that keeps telling me to look for a stable connection, stars for the guy who helped me the first time

I made a purchase and the invoice did not match the services provided. All services have prices at the convenience of the seller. He told me that the purchase of two lines had a promotion. From a horn and he charged me for the services and more for the horn but he did not charge me for the services at the price he told me, he reported the service provided for 106 dollars and he charged me 202.29 and he told me that the services were not reflected as such on the invoice because Metro had a system with an error that was not her problem. When I asked her for an explanation and I wanted to ask to speak with the main manager, she told me that she almost never came and that she couldn't give me any information. I looked for the customer service phone number and I called and that's when I found out that she reported the service for 106 dollars where is my other money that she charged for a speaker that I didn't want or need that she told me it was a promotion For the service and finally she charged me Worrying that she will report to the Company, a service for less value than what I charged the Client is embarrassing, denigrating the image of the Metro Company with what happened, I will be waiting for a response

Terrible attention. The girl who attended to my mother charged her 94 dollars more, giving her a receipt for 202 dollars without a description of the products for which she was paying when the claim was made. She refused to give information about the manager or a telephone number. where you can claim. When we made the claim to customer service, we found out that the account that appears in the company is for 106 dollars, not 202. Where is the other money that they deliberately charged us? I called the lady on the phone without saying who she was and asked her the price of some services and she gave me a totally different one than the one she gave to my mother, that is, she sets the price she wants for the services, varying from one person to another. . Maybe she is the owner of the metro. I feel cheated. I am waiting for a solution from costumer services. Because of people like this who provide terrible service, the company loses customers and ends up having terrible opinions. I hope they take action with such unprofessionalism, abuse and lack of respect, charging clients for their convenience without knowing the effort they make to earn their money and stealing from you as if it were nothing in your face.

The horrible attention they gave me calls abroad and surely without asking and I had told them that I did not want calls abroad and they charged me more. Be careful when opening an account with them because they are going to charge you more than what they tell you
