My experience at this shop just became real, where I had to replace two tires because they never rotated my tires during the service, just like my battery. I had to replace the battery and I just serviced my vehicle back in April 2024 and I was never told it was low. I will never use this authorized service dealer again.

I own a 55 class CLK Mercedes, AMG. I’ve learned over the years that Tyler is the only person allowed to touch my car. Unfortunately I live on the other side of the state so I’ve had to deal with some real jack legs.
(i’ve had over $5000 worth of work done with Tyler)
He’s great and cheap!!!
My head gasket looks like it might be blown and there is no other place my car is going it’s not being turned on until it gets to Tyler

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s so hard finding honest services places especially as a woman. Tyler is true professional and businessman. They explain everything they are doing. Communicate at all times and their prices are unbeatable! I’m glad I found this service shop I will return for any future maintenance or repairs! WOW! Had brakes replaced but they were noisy I thought that’s now it supposed to be when they are new, stoped by to check a month later to see if it’s ok. Tyler found me in a system so I didn’t had to look for a receipt and replaced defective brake pads. Thank You, I wish all mechanics would same professional.

I used their service a few times. I would say that it was a great experience since customer service with manager Tyler and worker Maksim was a pleasure. They were very attentive to me, explained me all the issues that my car had in details, provided me resolutions, best prices. I could afford to repair my car there. I appreciate this place so much. Great quality of job and incredible customer service! Will recommend! Thank you guys!

Tyler always seems to go above and beyond to solve the issues that come up on the car unexpectedly. I had a 2017 E300 that had some vibration that no one could figure out. He replaced the front break pads and rotors. The issue continued and he replaced the rear pads and rotors at no additional cost. Stands behind his work which is non existed at other places in south Florida. Second visit, took my Mercedes GLE there after it started leaking oil 10 minutes before closing. He was able to open up the hood and had a good idea as to what could be the issue. Called me first thing in the morning with a diagnosis and a price. It was a large repair to say the least but he took care of me the best he could and made some adjustment to the invoice to get the job done. Very professional and honest in my opinion. I definitely recommend.

In MY OPINION the worst ever. Tyler yells and screams lack of expertise. Nick the owner is great but he's never there. Andrea was great but he sadly passed away. Tyler had my MB Convertible for 4 months to fix the top going up and down. He returned it in the pouring rain so it could not be checked. He charged $600 to fix it but it was NOT fixed. Now he says screaming bring it in if it's the part we replaced... That part did not fix the top. It did not need to be replaced in fact he never returned the old part that's what is customarily done. Previously black smoke was coming out of the front window air vents. He replaced an oil gasket $300. Two other mechanics told me white smoke freon, black smoke your AC is frying. $350 later a brand new AC installed artic cold. For 1 1/2 years I was complaining about a major noise when I went over a speed bump. He had it up on the lift 3 times nothing wrong. Broken Spring easily diagnosed except Tyler says it's easy to miss like a doctor looking at an xray and doesn't see a broken bone. In my opinion go anywhere else this place has gone downhill. I had extensive work done elsewhere at a fair and reasonable price that they did not want to do - its too complicated he said. In My Opinion I was ripped off a number of times but not anymore. Professionalism is Not Yelling and Screaming. In My Opinion go elsewhere.

In MY opinion Worst ever they kept my car 4 months to fix the convertible top. Gave it to me in the pouring rain so I couldn't check it. Never fixed but I got charged. I complained about a noise they put the car up on the the lift 3 times and said everything is ok. Finally when i went to another mechanic he said how could they not see that the spring is broke. Tyler said it's easy to miss I guess you fail the mechanics exam if you have a car up on the lift and can't tell a spring is broken. My first encounter was when Andrea was there he fixed the hydraulics on the top over $2,000 no problem I was satisfied but with this new guy Tyler in My Opinion stay away. I had all the work done they didn't want to do somewhere else at a fraction of their price. Black smoke was coming out of the vent by the window. Tyler changed a oil gasket. Two mechanics said white smoke freon, black smoke your AC is frying. $350 new AC artic cold. The $300 Tyler charged for an unnecessary gasket that's up in smoke. in my opinion find the other places this place zero.
