“We were looking for a Murphy bed in the Fort Lauderdale area and came across Multimo Beds. We spoke to Alex by phone then visited him in the showroom. He was great! Very informative and helped us decide on the right product for our space. He told us he was expecting the delivery in about 8 weeks and it was right on time. We had purchased the installation as well and so glad we did! Two installers showed up on time and prepared. They brought everything they needed to install the bed and protect my surfaces. They were clean, organized and very respectful. Before they began, we discussed placement and made sure everything cleared for opening. They worked efficiently and professionally. It took them 4 hours to install the bed. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the installation. When they did leave, my room was just as clean as it was before they showed up. “We purchased a Casablanca Jetta glass console table from D'Europa five years ago. Today one of the glass support panels just exploded! No one was around it. Nothing heavy was on it. It sounded like a bomb going off. Glass went all over the living room. Fortunately no one was there and it was tempered glass or it would have been like shrapnel. This table was never moved and rarely even touched. D'Europa refused to do anything about it saying the warrantee was expired and that's it.UPDATE: Two days ago we went back to D'Europa. Romeo said he sent the pictures to the manufacturer. We went back to them because they had the cheapest price for a new console. Today the piece was delivered and installed. We like it and they had the best price. One star for the exploding console. Five stars for the new one, price, and service.”
