Amidst a very confusing interstate move that my family and I went through, M&M was a very pleasant surprise. They were able to accommodate all the changes I had to make along the way due to delays in the new house availability and the crews were great, both at pick-up and delivery. The price is on the same ball park of other companies but without last minute surprises/increases that I heard from other companies and the service provided is totally worth it.

Absolute Rockstars in every way. The guys were super professional & Courteous from the moment they entered our house. The office staff is great, the follow up and make sure all is good. They have my STRONGEST recommendations. I will be using them again.

If I could give half a star I would. Though they made the move with no damages and paid for my lost merchandise, as they should, this company has subpar professionals working for them. I had a gentleman named Greg who with his partner had moved my materials from my old apartment to a storage area then to my new apartment. They lost the legs to my bed and left some packaging material at the apartment I moved from. It took 2 weeks to get my legs and, in the meantime, I had to sleep on my couch and I have back issues and did not want to sleep on my couch or a low level bed. I spoke to one of the representatives, Landra and then to a manager named Michael. I asked if they could discount my moving costs considering the inconvenience to me. He flat out refused and essentially implied that since my materials were in storage, someone could have had access to my storage area to only take my bed legs out of a storage area that had all of my belongings including, a couch, TV e.t.c.My advice is stay away. I wish I had known sooner than later. In fact, an individual had told me after the fact that I should have gone with another company than this mediocre company.

Believe the reviews! Choosing M&M Moving was a great decision! Customer service was friendly, helpful, and kept us posted every step of the way. The movers were friendly, on time, and went out of their way to help us with our move. We'll definitely use them on our next move!

I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to pack a uhaul for me. They were on time, the guys did such a great job. Nothing broke, things hardly moved and I drove 1500 miles with a car attached to the back. They didn’t speak much English but we made it work.Easy to book online, picked them for that part alone moving companies are such a hassle to deal with!

Princeton and Alejandro were so professional. They got right to work. Handled my furniture with care and did a great job with the load and unload, I am so thankful that I came across the company. Worth every penny.

These guys were awesome! They helped us load our 1 bedroom 3rd story apartment into our uhaul and they helped unload the contents into our storage unit. Thank you Cody & Princeton! They were so good we got their names so that we can request them to move us to our house in a few weeks. The guys were polite, respectful & efficient. They dissembled all of our furniture, helped box our flat screen TV & used the moving supplies we bought to wrap our furniture and and fragile glass coffee table. They were on time, took care of our things without damaged & skilled on how to pack the truck. Highly recommend!

I used M&M Movers on Friday 3/12/21. The team arrived on time and began to wrap and load our furniture in a safe manner. They not only were very professional but efficient and personable as well. We plan to use them again this week to load the rest of our belongings. Thanks again!!!

Finally I got to write a review for these movers 2 years after we used these guys. I promised myself that despite the move, the birth of our kids and all the other commitments and engagements I would at a certain point write this review. The 2 men that were sent to us deserved negative 3 stars. So 1 star is quite compassionate. Here is a summary. We hired M&M Moving to load our truck. We were moving from Miami to Austin. We had a 3/2 1400 sqf bungalow on the beach which was sparsely furnished (a lot of closets and built-ins). We rented the largest u-haul nonetheless (enough to move a 4 bedroom house)....just in case we thought. The loaders arrived with not even a dolly. Once the truck was 30% full they pretty much started throwing stuff in it as if it was a pile of trash without any rational plan. Once 70% full (SEE THE PICS OF THE WONDERFUL JOB THEY DID) full it became clear they were unable to fit all our belongings in the truck. At that point we thanked them and sent them home. We just did not have the nerves for a confrontation and definitely no time to argue with the owner or give him / her a second chance. It was getting late and it was brutally hot (July!) and had a number of reservations tied to our departure date. Patiently me and my husband fully unloaded the truck and reloaded all our belongings through the night. All fit nicely. We had to delay our departure from early morning to the afternoon of the day after but we were able to fit everything in. Oh did I forget the 2 cabinets they broke during the process? I have to admit that this is the first time I reach out to the business. I should have asked for a full refund right away. So that is on me. But under no circumstances you send out such incompetent resources to a customer. Many think that organizing stuff in a truck can be done by anybody picked from the street. That is not the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

M&M movers helped me unload a moving truck into two different storage units. They were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to assist with removal and hook up of my trailer hitch during the process. I booked a second move through them as well, from the storage facility to my new residence. Each time the team was early and very professional. Moved all of my items with care. I would recommend for every move!
