Check your invoice very carefully . They charged me for an extra pair. I returned to the store the next day. They said they would count the inventory ( right) and call me...one week later not even a phone call. So bottom line ...check your invoice

Once again, I made an honest attempt to buy a new pair of shoes for myself.This time, I did a little more local research. After a day or two of this, I found a place called L.A. Shoes.Wanting to gather more information on their prices and store hours, I gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant enough, so I made the fairly brief trip to the store a day or two later.When I arrived, another pleasant lady greeted me as I walked into their shop. She told me whatever they had in stock was on their shelves. Thus, I begin trying on a few pairs of shoes for men.I found it kind of tough to locate a pair which wasn't overly tight or loose on my feet. ? However, the clerk was patient and kind towards me, and even made a good suggestion for me, once I narrowed it down to 3 pairs.I took her suggestion and purchased a nice new pair of black sneakers for around $15 or less. I also spoke to a couple of other customers in the store. One of them thought I was an assistant clerk, and while I was waiting for my cab ride home, the actual clerk told me this customer was looking for me.I was a little surprised, but I found her and asked her what she needed. She asked me about a different pair of shoes in a specific size. Though I tried to ask the head clerk about it, she simply told me to tell the other customer what she told me, about what they have in stock. I did so, apologized to the customer, and then went home, shoes in hand.Overall, this is a good place to obtain discount shoes at. Although they might not have the perfect pair in stock. This is but a small price to pay if shoes are badly needed.

Lisa has outstanding customer service ?I was able to pay for the shoe I wanted over the phone, so she could have it send to their store in Miami for me to pick up.All stores should have an employee like her!

Stopped here after shopping a few stores with no luck. Great prices and great selection. All the other stores had way too identical shoes and found what we were looking for here! Shoes , some cute jewelry and other accessories. Def worth checking out !
