Went today with my wife around 130 pm to purchase a diamond ring for her but we walked out because the two ladies that were working didn't even bother to acknowledge us at all !! WAS TOTALLY DEAD WE were the only one's in store but they were to busy for us ! What a shame if I was the owner I would have fired both because money for the business was the least on their minds!! They both were looking down the whole time we were there I definitely heard the door bell when we entered the store so plz everyone if your looking to purchase jewelry this is not the place to go !! Such a shame

Jewelry Depot, was the only place that said they could and would repair my cufflink. They were friendly and Helpful both online (with Sean), and at their store in Hallandale, with Rose. . Not only did they fix my cufflinks while I waited, and as I chatted amiably with the Rose , but it wound up being much more economical than I thought it would be. Their "Security" dog Taz, looks intimidating, but is a mush. The only reason why I didn't give the place five stars was because the repair was very very simple.

I just brought in my 30 yr. old 3 band diamond ring to have a stone and prong replaced and repaired. Not only did they do a great and speedy repair, at no additional cost they realigned the bands and restored the ring to it's original beauty. I am so happy with the results and wonderful service!

I went there to get a ring resized and the staff and everybody there was very knowledgeable and friendly. They help me make sure I was getting the right size I needed and also got the work done very fast. I would recommend them for any jewelry needs, I have to anybody.
