The service is terrible, they don't respect customer's time, Emilia the manicurist just want to go, go, go. If you arrive on time they make you wait, and wait but if you arrive 5 min late they are already with other clients. Very poor Management, they just want your money and take as many clients they can, they don't even listen. My recommendation, pay a little more, give yourself that special time, in a place that really care about clients and results.

I went to hair-people for a simple trim with a V cut, and I came out with the opposite of what I asked for, I am so upset with my cut. Bianca gave me layers that I never asked for, she kept showing it off to the people around us. She gave me an almost bob with an under fade in the back and the front. It’s not at all lined up. I’m am never going back to the hair people again. Completely unacceptable.

Where is your haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The guy didn’t even take out a mirror. Didn’t brush the hair off of my shirt. The whole thing was seven minutes and when I complain to the owner, she said well it’s too bad.

Everyone is very nice, I am so happy doing my nails with the amazing nail technician Emilia, she is absolutely professional, sweet, tender and goes beyond to please you. I will not go anywhere else.
