I honestly did not want to miss the opportunity to congratulate this store, something funny happened to me, I went in furious to make a claim because I bought a defective item, I entered the store all upset and I met a manager who literally put me in my place, she I was at the cash register collecting, very sweetly but energetically he told me, sir, respect the line and when your turn comes I will help you resolve your matter, I waited with anger but with time to cool down, when I got to it I was already more controlled, She explained my rights to me and I came out rather embarrassed for having gone on the defensive. I think her last name is Batista. You rarely find such polite bosses in these places who, despite being upright, put me in my place with respect. I think I will shop there again, it is also very nice

I recently visited this store and had a wonderful experience. The manager, Calvin, is exceptionally nice and treats everyone with kindness. He truly is the best, making the shopping experience enjoyable for all. Because of Calvin and the great atmosphere he creates, I highly recommend this store. It was a pleasure shopping there. I ended up buying a lot of items, though there were a few things I hadn't initially planned to purchase. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place.

It is incredible that this place feels like a sauna, there is no air conditioning, you did not explain to me how the people working there can endure 8 hours working without air, gentlemen, owners of those franchises, touch your conscience a little if the same people give you what you sell. and they get richer they should at least give workers and customers a cool place to work and shop.
I am a costumer who comes and consumes week after week at this store.

Would give it no stars if I could. Horrible place everything is overpriced one employee tells you the printer is $7 and the other employee takes it from your hands the next second and marks it for $40. Never shopping here again and you shouldn’t shop here either! Employees are stuck up lazy and garbage for sale honestly hope it goes out of business!

My favorite Good will in all of South Fla. I always find amazing tresures! Always Clean & the workers are nice. Goodwill prices are getting expensive these days. Below is a cute see thru purse i needed for work as well as a travel case. Love It!

Horrible place to donate! Went to donate clothing & I was met with a staff member who did not acknowledge me, just took my donation and did not have enough customer service to even say hello or thank you for your donation. Staff needs to be put in place that can communicate with customers in english & provide custom service. This was really a bad experience & I will donate to another nonprofit or homeless shelter in the future.

The bathrooms were horrendous!! No Toilet paper in any stalls, no towels in dispensers, even handicap, 3 toilets not usable. 1 st one, filled to the brim ( people were using it not flushing). , 2) 2nd was pee all over seat, with NO TP, 3) 3rd handicap no TP, pee all over the toilet. Hand wash area no soap no towels in dispenser. I should have taken pics and sent to health department! I had to use facilities so bad I had to leave. How the employees use it like that???? The worst bathroom I’ve seen, worst than a truck stop!!! Unbelievable ! Manager laughed when I told him, he says I don’t know I don’t go in there!! What??? A health disgrace!!!!
