They charge a $3’25 fee for cash back and they have a bathroom with a dog. That says restrooms reserved for customers only so I bought something and then they said the bathroom is out of order

Very bad, I have passed by 3 times and the person who works there keeps the change. Yesterday I passed by for the 3rd time and again he always keeps the pennies. I told him he got angry and in front of me a person told him the same thing. Yesterday it was around 10 p.m. hrs I told him that he always sticks with the simple ones and he got angry hahaha very bad experience
