“I’m so glad I came to this store!! Luis the manager and Christian are awesome! I am coming from the Federal location where the staff was not only rude, and unhelpful— refusing to service customers (I had gone in for a simple phone transfer then sent me to the Sheridan location.) I’m glad I chose this location instead. It’s a shame because the federal location is the closest to me and having no car I have found this to be a major inconvenience. I’ve also have had metro customers visit my job (which is nearby) come by asking for the nearest metro location and when I refer them to federal the customer has complained about the doors being shut during operable hours and staff refusing service.”

I would deliberately go to an even further store because the customer experience before was horrible but today I received the most amazing customer experience ever. The new manager Alex is amazing. “This company came in and changed our ability to enjoy all of our sporting events at one time. We are able to quickly switch between our 3 tv family room setup in seconds and also attached the patio tv to the system. We can control all of the system through our phones which is an added convenience.”

“The overnight shift clerk is a joy to encounter. This gentleman, always, greets me with a smile and a pleasant, "Hello, how are you?" Just good ole fashioned great customer service. He's always helpful and quick to suggest 7-11 products that are top quality and economically priced. And, everything is well stocked. Dominique is, without a doubt, a '7-11 Superstar' employee (awesome workers, like him, should have badges, or embroided shirts that gives that recognition). ??”
