It is a good place to get ordered hard to find item (Kwikset smart cylinder for Schlage Key). Shipping was fine and it works fine.

Absolute confusion! Slower than slow, I get a different story about my order every time I call. All they do is lie about your order status to get you off the phone. Would definitely not do business with them ever again, it's just not worth the time and effort to get my stuff. You would be very smart to avoid this place!

INTERNATIONAL/ALL BUYERS BEWARE: This company is VERY incompetent when it comes to anything relating to money or shipping.Ontop of that from what I can gather probably 80% of the items they advertise for sale & in stock on their website are actually completely non-existent, and are only there to drive traffic and make the business look less shady than it is. Place an order for one of these items and the transaction will immediately go through, then be reversed 5-10mins later as "this item is not currently in stock" or "this item has been discontinued" Then why does your site say forsale with "39 bought this month"?? False advertising much. Out of 9 orders ive placed ive had ONE be successful, even then was overcharged,payed back, then overcharged again and left hanging. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, Rude & clueless employees both over email and over phone (after being on hold 15mins). From what ive been able to see online it appears US based customers have slightly better luck than us up north, However id still rather find somewhere more trustworthy and honest to spend my money, imo.Regardless of the nice flashy looking website, im convinced this "business" is nothing more than a handful of poorly managed employees making money selling hardware store surplus.

Arrived damaged and can not seem to resolve this with DK. It has been multiple emails and I can tell the nice lady does not actually read my emails, because she repeatedly ask how many were damaged, and I repeatedly tell her.

I got a confirmation email immediately after my order. After about 10 days of not hearing anything more, I emailed the company and they said it was still being processed. 5 days after that I called them to see what was going on. He was pleasant and I had my item the next day. What transpired in those 15 days, I have no idea. Definitely would have been nice of them to send more emails or even a tracking number. But I did get what I ordered….finally.

I ordered paint that is not available in Canada from DK Hardware. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and when I inquired via email, customer service was prompt and courteous to respond. I had to return one of the products simply because I ordered the wrong one. Paid $40 at UPS to ship it back and the refund was paid back on my credit card from DK without issue. Great experience.

Well, I feel a little better having read the reviews that maybe my order will come one day. I have been waiting 8 days to see a shipping process number, after being upgraded to express delivery.. I thought it got glitched, and just wanted confirmation it was still being processed. Email ignored.... and like others here, after waiting on hold twice for a half hour, I just got disconnected to dead air each time. This must programmed in... Quite contrary to the recording I listened to repeatedly stressing how valued I was.If, I ever receive my order, and am satisfied, I will review again more positively. If the order is indeed lost, and I survive the process to be refunded I will also review again.Guys..!! You need to step up your game.

Bait and switch - doubled shipping costs. Placed an order for barn door hardware on 9/16/23, confirmation sent within minutes. Received an email the next morning that there was a problem and to call the company. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone I gave up on the never-ending recording telling me how important I was to them. Got a call in the evening informing me that the shipping had doubled, from approximately $200 to $400! The door hardware cost $400 and now the shipping was $400. They stated there is a disclaimer on shipping... But double? Aren't they supposed to be experts in this space? Buyer beware, they hook you with the product and then up-charge on shipping. Waste of time.

This company has been a nightmare to work with. I placed an order in mid July, they called me to let me know that the shipping would be more then advertised, it would have doubled the price of the product. I cancelled the order then reinstated it when someone contacted me and fixed the problem. A month later I received an email saying that the ordered had arrived. It had not arrived, so I contacted the company and was told that my payment was never received. Why did no one let me know there was a problem? I will finally get the order but all the twists and turns have been crazy and frustrating. I will never do business with this company again. The only reason I did make the order was because it was the only place I could get the item for my Grandson.

It's done!!! I wanted a wallpaper that was basically "cheap" "pretty" and easy to peel and stick, making it easy for when I messed up. And so for this wallpapering project I wanted what is considered to be mainly shelf paper.I found two rolls I liked locally, but for this project it called for much more. I did a search online and there the paper was."DK Hardware Supply" was the company that could solve all my problems and they did.The got me the quantity needed, the room looks beautiful and I am so grateful.As all companies are dealing with delivery issues, my order was no exception, but when I contacted the company, a staff member got back in touch with me about delivery and the wait was worth it.Thank you everyone at DK Hardware!!!! Your fine work is appreciated!!!!

first attempted delivery was returned due to an issue with USPS. Customer service didn’t waste a second. Changed delivery method without asking me any questions or charging me a dime. Order arrived as advertised.Excellent

Went to buy a 12 oz can of spray paint for $9.36. The program takes my credit card info and proceeds to tell me that it costs $9.46 to ship it from Miami to Tampa. What? I asked and I'm told it is based on weight and dimensions. Well, it weighs ounces, not pounds and it is a skinny long can that can be thrown in a small lightweight box. I cancelled the order but it will take 2-4 days. So they get my money within minutes, then I wait four days to get it back. What a racket.

After waiting for it to arrive in Mexico, the shower hinge I ordered arrived bent which is doubly unfortunate as it's hard to return from here and I need a functioning piece now! This is my second order and after paying expedited shipping for my first piece to ensure a speedy arrival to Austin, Tx that piece arrived about a week after the promised date even though I paid a significant upcharge for shipping. A fail on both attempts.

The order came quickly. However, the cost of the return was high. For a low cost item, I was not reimbursed for shipping fees (which were more expensive than what I paid to return), and I was charged restocking fee. I lost over 1/3 of the order total. The "refund" was paid promptly, but no accounting for the sum was provided.

I finally received my order. The timing wasn't great, waiting nearly 4 weeks for a simple order. When my purchase arrived it was in a UPS Express envelope which was folded and stuffed into a USPS priority envelope. Not sure what was going on there, a breakdown in shipping somewhere. Either shipping carrier should have had it delivered in 2 days.
