Martha, who works tuesday night, was absolutely helpful as well as another tall employee who’s name I didn’t catch. Both thoroughly helpful and patient, but Martha was the one we spent most of our time with. She helped us with the register and explained the whole process to us with no problems at all. Great store overall.

They have no knowledge of medicine. They seem very confused which is alarming. I'll give up convenience to get my medicines at a more knowledgeable pharmacy

CVS is a nice store, spacious, well organized and with plenty of selections in variety stuff.
People working there are nice and helpful. It offers discount coupons as well that help a lot.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The staff is the rudest group of miserable people I have ever encountered. I was waiting in line when I cvs employee walked into me and didn't even say excuse me, pardon me, I apologize, nothing. I said to her, excuse me & she just turned and said, my bad. Then the manager actually started laughing. I dropped my basket, told them they were wrong for that and walked out. I actually drove 20 mins in the other direction to go to Walgreens on Sheridan. Not only was the staff nice, the items I needed were cheaper so I saved money as well.

I called for a transfer prescription status because i had an issue that walgreens didn't respond to their call and the one she answered my call she told her message and she cut the line off while i 'm speaking and she repeated the same thing when i went physically to the pharmacy by cutting me off while i 'm expressing that i need the prescription for my 10 years old daughter like she doesn't wanna listen (How disrespectful ). Actually it wasn't the first time that I had the same unprofessional attitude from the people who are working in the pharmacy, I understand that you get busy but I also understand that you let me feel that you're doing me a favor by doing your job .
By the way as you feel that you have no time to waste , neither do l. Work on your attitude and doing your job the right way ,otherwise stay home because you're making people who don't feel well , feel worse. And if you don't know what customer service means ,that's not the customer problem. Finally It ended up picking up my prescription from walgreens (eventhoug my insurance is not contracted with walgreens just not to go through dealing with rude people like that ).

Extremely rude pharmacy staff and pharmacist. They are disorganized and frantic probably due to understaffing. I waited in line to pick up my order to find that they had incorrectly filled it. It was a refill so it should have been easy. Yet the brand name drug, quantity of 5 was filled with a generic label drug, quantity of 1. Okay, everyone makes mistakes but one should apologize and fix it, not try to blame the customer! As if I somehow magically changed the refill instructions! I had to wait while they tried to undo it only to be told by the rude pharmacy assistant to call my doctor to redo the prescription. She then walked away saying she wouldn't help me further. I saw the pharmacy assistant get curt with another customer as well. I came into the store in a good mood until they treated me with disrespect. Management needs to improve customer relations. I'm going to switch to Walgreens.

The store is always neat. Personnel always friendly. I love the buy one get one free vitamins. Health to average the prices to compare with other establishments. I go every month !

Be careful in the store when you give a cashier your debit or credit card they sign me in without any of my permission or knowledge to some kinda CVS Club they took five dollars from my account every month.
I spoke to store manager. I have no account with those people. I give her my email my phone number she did not find me she give me a phone number to corporate. They don’t care either. They are regular thieves. I still fighting through my bank to get my money back Never will give that store penny

I urgently needed a pain medication transfer, but the staff at CVS showed a shocking lack of urgency and empathy. Instead of understanding the critical nature of my situation, they callously informed me that it would take an absurdly long 24 to 48 hours for the transfer to be processed. This timeframe is unacceptable, especially for someone in immediate need of pain relief.
The inefficiency and indifference displayed by CVS pharmacy are simply unacceptable. As a customer in need, I expected better service and a more proactive approach to addressing my urgent medical needs.
In addition, I hope these reviews are read by the management as it seems that there is this one male pharmacist that people are complaining, same as me.
