My experience was total disappointment!The lack of communication and consistency throughout this entire ordeal has left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.I feel compelled to share my experience with others, as I strongly believe that no one should have to endure such a challenging and disorganized process. Horrible customer service.Specially this store and store manager .Don't trust this store I never hear something real from them. Horrible delivery , always defective product. Still I couldn't recieve my all orders since 2 years. Customer service is horrible then all. Store manager always says will call u back 2 years still didn't find a time to call back. And always they complain about their vendors. But i didn't pay and bought from your vendors. This is really bad people and bad company.if u want trouble in your life go and shop from them very clear. Also company management is happy to cheat the clients. They collect your money and then run after them.

I love Crate & Barrel but just want to raise my concerns for other customers to be aware of this store. I have a current Crate & Barrel card and Candace the Sales Associate asked if I want to upgrade my card to a chip card since it is old , and I admit it was my fault yod agree. However I asked her 3 THREE times that this is not running my credit nor applying for a new card since I have an existing card and she informed me numerous times NO it’s nots gonna run your credit. Unfortunately the next day I received an alert that a hard inquiry was made in my report.I contacted the store manager 4 FOUR times and I have to explain every time I was informed 4 times that I will receive a call and an email from Melissa. It has been 2 weeks and haven’t heard back. I was advised to contact the company who ran the credit so they can reverse. No solutions or at least an acknowledgment that they will resolve the issue.Also another issue is the slate cheeseboard I purchased and asked to get a new stock unfortunately the item was cracked damaged.I appreciate the customer service they had given with the purchases and gift boxing other than that it’s a 1 star and I’m writing this review so this won’t happen to other customersMaria R

We had signed up for the wedding registry event on 11/5 at 9am and when we arrived, the person in the store pretended she didn’t see us and quickly walked away. We were very surprised by this and were not able to complete our wedding registry like we had hoped.

Horrible customer service at the Aventura Florida location. we have spent thousands there.they are friendly when you make a purchase but beware when you want to make a return, they will not accept returns on items you opened and claim that they were used, wow ! and with a vile accusatory attitude.I called the corporate office to complain and was issued a credit but not before much more hassle from the store who tried to give me less money than owed.we will never shop at this company again.

Specially store manager melissa is too bad. We have been calling her for 18 months about the product that we recieved with a problem . She is a person who gossips about us to other employess in the store because she dont answer the phones or keep wait in the line 20 min and then runaway . She things we are calling her to make fun !!!!!! She never show up either in store. How can the managment remain her in the same position !!! I saw in the store and also other reviews she is acting same to other clients !!!!

Always solid customer service at crate and barrel. Their showroom at this location is SO spacious. You can really walk around and take everything in. Lots of furniture stores have things so on top of each other, it's hard to see it all. Everyone wad so attentive and helpful, even though they knew we'd be purchasing though our designer. Really appreciated they help in making us feel so confident about what we were buying.

I came here to buy decoration for my house, this place is so amazing, organized, excellent costumer service, friendly, big store and very classy, I bought my table cotton napkins, run table , napkin holder. Love this place !!
