We have had great experience with Cabinets to go from the designer to the pick up area and all. Customer service is always there. Oniria who is the designer I have worked with she will give you all her time, her experience and her friendliness. I always feel very welcomed.

We were shopping around for a new construction build for our home overseas and decided to give Cabinets to Go a try. And man let me tell you, that was the best move! We walked in with a vague idea of what we wanted, sat down with Tivaughn and he quickly put together a lay out of our Kitchen with all the extra accessories and functions to boot. Once that was done he designed all our bathroom vanities including the sink tops. Cant wait to receive our cabinets on island. We are defiantly going back to get our custom closet inserts done with them. The process is so easy and most importantly affordable.

Great Customer service by a representative named Jermaine. He had so much patience, because I kept changing the layout, On my customized kitchen cabinets. plus there software is top notch 3D( a true layout in color of your actual kitchen build ) very innovative.Definitely recommend, and see Jermaine! Terrible service. In order to make a sale the salesperson will tell you that they will take care of everything. Once you paid you suddenly find out that there are several things that you have to pay additional to either them or someone else in order to complete the job.In my case I was remodeling my kitchen and the salesguy told my wife that they will take care of everything. Well... I had to hire someone to do the plumbing... another to tear down and remove the old kitchen top that they were replacing... someone to throw that away.... and more! at the end I had to do a bunch of styff myself and still had to spend an additional $1000 and change that cabinets to go was supposed to take care of and didn't.After we paid the sales person basically did not care.Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Made me miss working with a contractor, imagine that.

I bought 24 inches vanity with faucet and pronto vanity carrara, 5 days later and before I pick up my order they drop price 30% , I asked them to recognize the price difference. Price guarented they offer on their web was not honored

I bought a kitchen and flooring for my home. Within 3 months of installation the floors began to warp. They were Luxury plank waterproof vinyl. I reported the bad installation they sent out an independent appraiser who agreed that it was a bad installation because they never installed a vapor underlaying that the product specifically required. We are now involved in a lawsuit with this horrible company who won't accept responsibly for their subcontractors. They also have no clue about the product specifications. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Very good experience with Jermaine at the Hallandale location. Installation took about a 2 weeks as I waited for their subcontractor. Price / value for the cabinets are very good. Quartz countertop prices not competitive. Overall experience was positive.

We had a wonderful experience with Cabinets to go In Hallandale, Florida. Oniria who designed the kitchen was diligent, knowledge, detailed oriented and very professional! We were so pleased with the services that we decided to purchase another kitchen for our other condo nearby. She is absolutely the Best!We also got very blessed with the installer. Joe Reyes from Flawless Home Designs was God sent! We can never say enough about Joe. He is not only very knowledgeable but highly ethical too. Something that is locking a great deal in Florida. Always on time and true to his word! He is an outstanding and a very competent carpenter. There are no adequate words to describe how blessed we feel that Joe installed our kitchen. He was also very helpful by giving us some other ideas and suggestions with the renovations. HE IS SIMPLY THE VERY BEST! We look forward to have him install another kitchen for us in the next building in 3 Islands.Throughout the process there were other nice employees in this store who assisted us as it was needed. This includes Tomas, Jermaine and Tivaughn.Thank you everyone. May God Bless You!

Let me first start by saying that I am only giving 3 stars because there is nothing wrong with the cabinets, however the experience was terrible. As a homeowner that does not have much knowledge in the cabinet industry or remodeling it is very helpful to have someone with the knowledge be of assistance. I went in knowing what I wanted but unaware of the details I needed to know that should have been provided by my sales rep Jermaine, his lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond me. I was flabbergasted, its like once I swiped my card nothing else mattered. I explained to Jermaine that I was basically clueless, he did a poor job of being upfront with all the fees and price points, unclear of the delivery and installation process it just became very frustrating and annoying, when I did find something that we didn't speak about he disregarded me like I was the issue and he didn't do anything wrong. The job doesn't just stop with the sale customer service should be provided through the process like letting the customer know that installation and demolition is not included in the price and that there is one price for demo, as well as an additional fee for removing and reattaching the countertops.explaining my frustration on the process and how annoyed I was instead of apologizing and making the situation have a better ending although the process was terrible Jermaine stated " well you don't have to do your installation with us". first and foremost granted that's true, it was rude and wouldn't you try to maximize the sale for your company? maybe its just me... anyway the cabinets are nice but if your looking for professionalism and Customer service this is something that was lacked.
