Terrible service from the customer service person at the entrance, how is it possible that I am going to open a savings account for my daughter who is 16 years old and she can't open it, why does she have to have the electricity bill? or the internet in the name of La Niña that is ridiculous since she founded here in the US they put the services in the name of a 16 year old girl who is studying and after the fact of bad temper why do I tell her that it is absurd my other son has an account with you 3 years ago I opened a minor in the 71 Collins branch and they didn't put rules as absurd as the terrible service of that bank, for some reason it has a 2 5 rating... he asked La Niña for some papers in his name from her to the license if that's why she talks to me because I'm the mother in whose name the mother's receipts are, really, give your employees training before asking for things like that...it's racist against those of us who speak Spanish and don't know Not even what they ask to open an account. I don't know why they have it working.

The reason I stopped banking there was because the Wait time is ridiculous the tellers are always preoccupied and ignore you. I don’t know why anyone would want to bank at that facility.

Today we visited this branch of the bank and were very pleased with the service. Kamara met us and helped open an account for me and my wife. To make it easier for us to understanding, Kamara connected an interpreter. She was very friendly and welcoming. It is very good to have such employees in the bank!

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them. They turned me away twice, despite providing all the required documents as listed on their website. It's evident that even their employees are unaware of their own website's information. In contrast, Chase Bank provided a seamless experience and opened an account for me in just 40 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable institution.

I have attended this branch for many years. Edgard is awesome with his service and one of the friendliest and kindest professionals I have ever come across. Victoria, the bank manager, has a gift of being able to talk to a diverse clientele with professionalism and a problem solving/can do attitude. She, like Edgard, make you feel good about your experience there. Victoria is kind and made an impression upon my father who lives out of state as I told him about her super way of interacting with me. Those two are the best! I hope that they have many more years and have great careers with promotions to the top of BOA or wherever they want to go. They make coming to the branch enjoyable and something I look forward to.

Insane wait time for wire transfer. Why not just to hire more people? It’s not ok, to tell people 1 hour and has been more than that and I am not even next! I have been customer for years business and personal but will go to Chase only because it’s crazy long waits always.

The reviews here speak for themselves. The manager Gigi Belloso lacks even the caring or competence to pick up the phone to make a simple call to verify with the business owner for a check presented by a non account holder. They confuse the lack of caring about a non account holder with the service owed to a 23 year business customer with a substantial relationship and every product they have. If they treat customers they make a lot of money from so poorly, good luck everybody else. This bank will simply make it hard for you to do business with them. I've been meaning to move my relationship away from BofA, and this just cements it. Many years ago they moved to hiring 'sweater folders' from places like the GAP to be branch managers because they could count widgits and it's all about sales. This is what you get with incompetence from retail. People walking in are not viewed as valued relationships but rather a sale, what can we push on them today. This is The BofA culture. It's really gone downhill.
