I walked in at 8.40pm on Tuesday April 9. The 3 sales associates had already closed the cash register and the man was counting the cash. They looked panicked that they might have to sell and repeatedly told me that the store closes at 8.45pm and I have only 5 min (though listed hours on the net are 11-9 on Tuesday). So I ran to the register with a dress on my hand, I said ok it is 8.45 now, can I buy it? The man said 'I'm not going to sell you anything because you were not nice'!!! LOL. He threatened to call the security to get me out of the store because I walked in at 8.40pm and insisted to BUY! I asked to talk to the owner and he said 'the owner is sleeping now'.
It is such a disgrace that good businesses with decent quality items go out of business because of lack of interest of their staff in their job. They don't realize that their paycheck is made possible by sales...yes business 101. I wish the owner will read this and check the camera recording for that segment.

This is like the 3rd time I come to buy and 3 ladies make my family and me very uncomfortable. They start to follow us like if we’re going to steal something and then another came and say that we can’t have food and please get out of the store. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed

cute clothes but they dont habe a clue about how to run a business. we wanted for them to open, they unlocked the door but didnt open the door and welcome us in..,were standing right in the door like a big ol purple Barny. they had a special..,buy 6 get 2free i bought 12 items, they only wanted to give me 2 free. So i said split the order ( makes sense) but was told thats to complicated REALLY ! you can pay people to do anything but think.

I shop here often however, I am very disappointed with my last visit. I purchased a pair of baby shoes for a friend's granddaughter and needed to exchange them for a different size. I didn't have the receipt but the baby shoes were in perfect order (for a baby that can't even walk yet). The salesperson (Angelica) told me I needed a receipt. I only wanted an exchange and had no receipt. I explained that I am a frequent shopper here and asked to speak to someone else about what I wanted. The same or similar shoes just a bigger size. Her inability to make a 15.00 decision or to even call someone else about it was ridiculous. I specially asked to speak to someone else and she told me there was no one else to speak to. Needless to say, I will not be back and will NOT recommend this place. I was so bothered by this poor business decision, especially when the value of a repeat happy customer is so important, that I even left the shoes I did purchase there for them do whatever they want with them. I honestly would not give them to anyone else as a gift and don't even want to be associated with this business. My advise...Take care of your customers and value them as you should.
