Scam! I don't believe that they have such unprofessional employees who can forget to say basic things !I needed a second line for 3 months When I went to them and asked how much it would cost I was clearly told $60 dollars and that my monthly payment would be $130. But when I received my first payment it was $220. It turns out they charged $90 extra for the line connection and some other fees. No one warned me at that time and I'm sure it was done on purpose!

Very rude unhelpful staff. Went in to buy a new iphone. 3 people on staff. I was the only customer in the store. No one could help me. They told me to call corporate… take your business elsewhere. What a waste of time.

Avoid AT&T at all costs! A friend got ensnared in a financial catastrophe due to AT&T’s sheer negligence and irresponsibility. With a shocking FIVE unauthorized accounts created under their name, they’re now drowning in an astronomical debt of $10,000! AT&T’s abysmal security and callous customer service have done nothing but fan the flames of this fiscal disaster. For those considering AT&T, think twice unless you fancy a financial ruin courtesy of their disastrous service!

Eduardo is the new manager at this store and let me tell you, I was so fed up with AT&T service, but he was so sweet and helpful and personally made sure to take care of what I needed that I feel so much better now. All stores need a manager like this. My faith is restored thanks to Eduardo!

The worst customer service i never experienced. The associate hide all the charges of what they sell you...my bill jumped $90... and when you want to return the phone during the 14 days authorized period... the manager tells you that she needs to charge you $ 55 for restocking.... So one way or the other... you lose !!!This is crazy that AT&T still use this kind of strategy to scam their customers.A supervisor was supposed to call me back.... it didn't happen

Attention scammers!!!!!!!!!!!In this store, at 2309 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, an AT&T manager stole my identity when I purchased a phone on 05/21/2023 and used it to buy phones worth more than $17,000 , which I found out when a large sum of money was withdrawn from me. For three months, I tried to deal with the store without the involvement of a lawyer. The managers and management of the company are aware of everything, they know who did it, how and when, they have all the receipts and evidence, but they do not want to understand the situation, and they want me to pay money for the phones that I did not take.

I had the worst experience at this store. The customer service was horrible, an employee named Destin W is the one who tried to help me, at first I wanted a new phone then I realized I didn’t want the phone any more and I just wanted port my number to AT&T, he got mad went to the back of the store and started slamming doors and talking loud to one of his co workers in frustration because he wasn’t going to receive a commission, I wanted to punch him in his face but then I thought to my self the pen is mightier then the swordP. I never thought it was possible to have a terrible experience at a AT&T store, but this location proved me wrong. I went in for an hour only for me to solve the problem myself while 3 woman sat around gossiping and having a good laugh in spanish for over an hour. If you live close to this one save yourself some time and drive an extra 5 minutes to avoid this waste of time
