The service was outstanding, Jose was personable and clearly explained the process of the repair. We changed the LCD screen of our IPad Pro. The craftsmanship was superb and on time, as promised. The frame was bent making it difficult to replace the screen (which I was advised when I dropped it off), when I picked up the item I was pleased to see that our IPad looked as good as new. Highly recommend this business establishment. Price was good for the repair. Definitely NOT a fly by night technician or business.

Completely saved my vacation.My iphone was stuck in restart loop and would not turn on. Apple told me it needed to be restored but turned out my face ID needed to be replaced. This place is top notch and very professional, highly recommend.

My Mac got water damaged, and I asked for a cleaning service at this place. But when I finally got it back (three weeks later than expected), I realized they didn't clean it at all, even though I paid for the service. It was disappointing to realize that I basically just paid for them to hold onto my gadget without actually doing any cleaning. I strongly suggest looking for other options and finding a reliable provider that actually delivers on their promises.

Thanks to Jose at Apple ER, I didn't have to buy a new PC. He was able to diagnose my problem and repair it under a week. Initially I took my PC to Geek Squad, the tech said my mother board was destroyed to look for a new laptop! Not convinced by his response I went on Nextdoor to ask around for a computer repair store. Jose at Apple ER was recommended by a number of people so I went to him for another opionion. So glad I did! Jose is GREAT!
