Do not use!! Run Far Far Far away. Our stuff was stolen. Damaged and destroyed. Filled with roaches and rats from their "secured storage". Find anyone else. Their drivers helper try to steal our TV! And their "insurance " only offered us 75.00 for what THEY did. I had antique quilts from before WWI stolen. Stuff broke. Scratches. And did I mention price gouging??? Yep! Find someone else. Anyone else!

Must be a new business or owner who is failing miserably or possibly something worse, like thieving con artists. Still waiting 12/19/2023. Was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The reviews on here HAVE TO B FAKE. Was treated so rudely and was charged an exorbitant fee to move a 3 br apt. Held my furniture hostage till I paid them cash only. Then as unloading glass was falling out of wraps as I had 8 broken pieces of furniture ! Tried telling me was like that. Cracked glass on brand new Dining Room table and tells me i have to deal with their insurance after paying 5900 to move one hour away. Just not nice. No customer service. I call and speak to a different person each time. When they moving out asked my 18 year okd daughter to buy them all lunch. Tells her thats what “”All the customers do”. Absolutely no compassion for breaking my dining room table, dresser, vanity, night stands, and pictures. Not to mention I moved into a brand new construction home and have SEVERAL wall scratches and gauges ! Ruined new home experience. And what they wrote below is such a lie they lie they lie. They lie stay away, I promise you.

A total lack of care, concern and professionalism for your possessions from beginning to end. I contracted for a cross country move with International Van Lines. When my items were due to be delivered, I received notification that All Trust Movers would be the delivery service. Alex, the driver and delivery guy, handled my items like they were a pile of shit. He had his son with him (approx 6 years of age) which I thought was rather noble until his son started handling my items and dropped all but one item he touched. Alex was mostly concerned about catching a return flight to Miami than delivering my items with any sense of care. My items were handled with gross abuse and he was very rude. If you care about your possessions, this is not the company. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Marla A.

Where can I even start... First off, Alltrust is the worst name for this company as they are the most dishonest company that I've ever worked with. Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with this company. There is so much hidden fine print and you are protected from pretty much nothing that they do. Also the Contract you sign is completely different than the Bill of lading that you get which you don't see until Moving day. So even if you think you are reading the fine print, you are missing a lot of terms and conditions. Just some of the issues we encountered with our move. Bait and Switch tactics (quote low, and then come 2 days before the move and suddenly the price jumps by double what you were originally quoted, but by this point it's too late to find anyone else for the job, and they already have your $2K deposit which is non refundable. We were promised climate control storage for our out of state move, and our belongings arrived melted and damaged from the heat. I sat in an Empty house for 24 days, my daughter and I had to sleep on air mattresses, I worked from a folding table and a camping chair, and we had to spend hundreds in household items that we already had coming in the move. When the movers finally arrived they did not complete the job. We were promised Alltrust was a white glove service so they would disassemble the furniture and reassemble. This did not happen, they left me with Beds, TVs and other furniture items uninstalled and tried to leave with 40 boxes just stacked in the living room instead of putting them in rooms like we were promised. They also broke my husbands gun safe. For some reason the mover took the door off and it was never supposed to be removed. They couldn't figure out how to put it back on so they just left it in pieces propped against the door where it could fall on someone. It was getting late at night and they wanted to leave but I told them they weren't done as they still had furniture to assemble and boxes to put away. They went out to their moving truck, and then just took off leaving me with a huge mess and broken furniture and they never did come back. I could go on and on with pictures and examples so if anyone wants more info please let me know. But the morale of the story here is.... They say moving out of state is one of the most stressful life events people go through. You hire a full service moving company to help alleviate that stress, however I can honestly tell you that working with Alltrust was absolutely the most stressful part of our entire move (including selling our old home, buying the new home, closing on a home out of state etc.). If by writing this review I can save another family from enduring this stress it was worth it! PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They were prompt, respectful, friendly, and the price was fair. And pretty fast, from estimator to moving itself

I would not recommend using this company to family or friends.
I contracted with AllTrust Moving and did a check list as I went through the house with all the large items that I wanted them to move and I told them that I was going to also have 75 totes. When I spoke with John and told John the totes were 27 gallon he said that those were considered medium tote. We agreed to a total price of $9014.25 with a total of 1359 cf
When the movers got there they had an unmarked truck with 4 guys. Alltrust said that they were not a broker but yet these guys were hired for the job so it sounds like a broker to me.
the lead guy went around the house to assessed and count how many totes we had. He came back and started writing up his findings then said that our estimate was doubled $18,420 because our totes are actual considered large totes. That their medium totes are only 3 cf and our totes are 6 1/2 cf
So our 17 gal small is there med
Our 27 gal med is the large
So the 38 gal large must be their gigantic
It’s like they did a bate and switch. They tell you one thing and when they get there it’s a different story. Everything was doubled and they figure you’ll pay it because you have no other choice because now your stuck and have to move out of your house. I didn’t, I went and rented a U-Haul.
When they packed the truck they packed very losely because they are going by cubic feet per item not truck and by gosh they don’t want to give you anymore. They said that they couldn’t pack anything inside our hot tub because it could ruin it and that part of the cubic feet they can’t use.
but they took their truck somewhere and switched to a different truck and repacked everything. Did they go through our things? Then when they repacked the new truck things were tightly packed and this time they packed inside of our hot tub with our stuff.
When delivered Half the totes were turned upside down so sugar spilled everywhere.
They brook our door jam moving the bed out of our room.
They broke one of the drawers that goes inside our fridge.
Besides, once you pay them any money, they won’t pick up the phone. And they are hard to get to.
They will take a credit card or wire on first and second payments but They only except money orders from a post office or cash on delivery.

this company has made me decide to kill myself. i only learned 5 days too late that theyre irrevocably the shittiest moving company of all time. i moved from madison to denver as an attempt to finally find my community and place in life only to discover all the negative reviews ive read about this company i hired so far. my stuff is likely already in the early stages of being held hostage by them, being overcharged, smashed, outright lost, switched with stuff that isn't even mine, maybe even pawned who knows. absolute scum of the earth. demons masquerading in human costume. i no longer have any reason to live. alltrust has withdrawn whatever shred of life i had left in me. goodbye.

I like many received poor service . How can you pay over12,000 and be told beds would be put back together and wasn't. Then told your husband who recently had surgery advised to put all in 1 room meaning he would. This company took advange of people already going through hard ship.Reported it before they left and they just left?Said nothing to us. 2 movers came that kept saying didn't understand. The same 2 who help breakdown the beds. I'm even missing pcs from all the beds . Horrible

Don't believe them. Don't use them! Picked up our entire household in a UHAUL. Poor service and terrible move - we cannot reuse a SINGLE box and so many things were broken. Pretty sure most of our boxes were stored on the side, tape missing, rat droppings (and holes in two boxes). I had solid soap that melted (believe it wasn't climate controlled). Took over a month to receive our goods AFTER calling them daily ("we always deliver first week"). And they contracted out the movers - not their employees. Per their website: "We have our own trucks and don't outsource to third parties for jobs". We PAID a third party for our final delivery.

**** I do have all text, emails as proof. Unfilled delivery dates, incomplete paperwork (both Alltrust & ours copies), Paul changing his tone because he saw a review from BBB. One star is to much! Awful, from being blocked by Elle and Paul. To no communication. Paperwork not signed by ANYONE at Alltrust. Charged for our moving supplies. Quote $7K charged $13K after refusing to deliver our items. Paul only changed his attitude towards my husband when he saw they were reported to the BBB. These new reviews with 5 stars are fake profiles. Paul screamed at me claims he didnt. Elle has no back bone and blocks you when you demand answers. STAY AWAY!! Check the BBB where legit complaints are filed not fake reviews.

I moved from Florida. to Massachusetts this spring. When the movers actually came to my house, they charged me about $2000 more than the quote! Furniture took 3 weeks to arrive, when they said 7 to 10 days for delivery. I had all my artwork wrapped really well with bubble wrap and cardboard. They charged me an extra $150 for wrapping supplies. After many phone calls I did get a refund of the $150. I do not recommend them at all.
