They took my car at 2am on 1/18/24. the same day i picked it up at 10am & they charged me for 2 days saying it was there over more than 24 hours. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I was suppose to get charge for $175 & they charged me $265. Buddy with the glasses doesnt know how math works.

These people are absolutely awful. I was picking up my autistic brother from the gym and helping him collect his belongs inside when my car was towed. I parked across the street so as to not prevent gym members from using their rightful parking. These people are terrible to work with and are extremely rude. I wish I didn’t have to give them MY hard earned money to retrieve MY car. Awful. I hope they’re put out of business soon.

If I could give them 0 stars I would horrible people that feed on the poor, horrible service the lady at the counter had so much attitude, I was literally parked for 10 mins to pick up something and when I came outside we were towed, they’re feins and the scummiest people on earth.

Probably the best experience I've had considering the situation. Driver arrived within the given time limit while being in touch and providing updates on his location, gently and professionally secured my baby and cautiously delivered to the repairs. Definitely recommend if you got in mishap of being broke on the side of the road.

Just found out they came to my apartments and towed almost 10 of the vehicles including mine of tenants that actually live there then brought them back hours later.I was informed of how carelessly they handled my care so I'm going to have it inspected for damages. Left my door unlocked after returning it as well. If they would have did any due diligence they'd seen that I have the decal for the property on my windshield.

My car broke down on a hill part of the street in the middle of the road, & it was pretty dangerous situation for me to do anything with the car. The car doesn't even want to move. Chino was able to tow my vehicle through heavy traffic. In the I-95 highway there was a car accident, and the fire truck was blocking most of the lanes except one. While the damage vehicle was on the passing lane. On top of that it was during the 5pm rush hour of traffic. I would have thought since the Fire Truck was blocking most of the traffic would free up the rest of the highway, but I was wrong. The highway got filled from every other entrance. At the end of the day Chino was able to park my vehicle in a tight space where there wasn't much room in the street. <-> My axle for my vehicle was replace a 2 weeks ago, I thought that was the issue since it was the last thing replace but it was the wheel bearings.

The comments are real people!!! this company is super unprofessional. I literally parked my car at a designated loading zone at 9:10 to quickly pick up 2 nightstands from a friend. As i was Coming back down at 9:14 they had my car hooked up. When my friend stopped them the guy would not release the vehicle. I was told that even tho it is a loading zone i would have needed to schedule a loading service time so they wouldn’t mess with my car which i find hard to believe. The guy Gonzalez didn’t seem to care about anything other than being paid, i understand this is a business but literally 4 minutes had past, yall could’ve gave grace? especially cause like I said we was loading furniture. Is the expectation we walk across the parking lot?!?!?! Heard from multiple residents that management shows favor to white/ Hispanic people over Blacks. Not surprised smh everyone is foul across the board. Fortunately for me I am studying law and will be contacting lawyers to handle the issue further.

This organization will tow cars, that should not be towed. My car had a PARKING PERMIT, but this company towed it anyway. They inconvenienced me my wife and my granddaughter. We lost work and school hours, because of their mistake, and they refused to return my car. I am responsible for picking up my car after they made a mistake..I can't believe this! The driver took a photo of the Permit, but towed the car, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? They have a verified picture of the permit, but tow the car anyway..PERHAPS MY LAWYER CAN EXPLAIN..By the way this the second time they have done this to me. Both times a PARKING PERMIT was in the car.

These people are absolutely unprofessional. Chino at the window has an attitude over the phone and in person. Another gentlemen with some fake Cartier glasses used profanity at me and my coworker. Would recommend not using and do everyone else a favor and call the BBB or your property to have this scam company removed!Service: Car towing
