Should’ve went with what other people said and avoided ordering from Algy. Ordered 5 dresses 11 weeks ago and nobody has answers as to why they haven’t been completed and shipped. Such a shame that we raised money for new outfits for nothing.

Went to the “address” on the website, no were there do they say that it is NOT a store. I arrived and the door was open so the lady that was outside got mad and called someone else, that other lady immediately started saying she doesn’t know anything about any shoes. That’s when they pointed out a small sign on the door(that was left open) that said “This is not a Store Front”. No solutions, no sympathy, just scurrying us out the door.
We came here because they don’t offer shipping to our location, and they told us to order online and have someone else se ship to us.
Someone should have a warning on the website so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Reading through the reviews, I’m not sure if I Should even order anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! My daughter is on her high school dance team. Their uniforms were ordered in July (2022), and they received the order in October. The uniforms were HORRIBLE! They look like Halloween costumes. The arms were extremely short. The color was off, the sequence was falling off and the material was CHEAP. The girls looked terrible. I can't believe Algy is still in business. They do not respond to phone calls, voicemails or emails. I wish we would have read the reviews before placing our order with them. I strongly advise that you do NOT use this company. You will be disappointed and angry. I sent an email asking for a full refund. I am currently waiting on a response. I honestly wish I could give them a NEGATIVE five stars! Unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do not use this company. You will be burned and your team will perform most of the season without their uniforms. You can do everything they ask for and they will still miss their own deadlines. Blame is always shifted to something else. Two years ago, my colorguard team missed FIVE performances with their $300 plus uniforms because of (in their words, not mine) "President Trumps trade embargo's." This year it is Covid 19's fault. They gave themselves 2 1/2 months to make the uniforms and just today we found out that they do not even have the fabric in stock to make them and they're already two weeks behind their deadline. Their customer service in regards to all of this is so so so poor. Unreturned emails, unreturned calls. I'm not sure whose fault that is but it already worsens the sour flavor that Algy leaves in ones mouth. Please, seek out another costuming company. This company, Demoulin owned or not, is not worth the money you will spend on the uniforms nor the stress you endure contacting them and fretting over their missed deadlines.

It really saddens me to see that such a reputable and reliable company has degenerated since it's new owners have taken over. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Mildly rude, unprofessional, condescending and time wasting. Attempts to contact customer service by phone are futile, as you will be welcomed with the sound of your call being forwarded to another recording that tells you to email "sales" with a 1 in 25 chance of reaching a live person. Untimely responses and follow ups when communicating with the "sales" team by email.

Im rating it 1 star because i basically got scammed i ordered 2 of the battle squad uniforms last year November 4 2020 and its November 9th 2021 and it still hasn't came i called and they said that they couldn't fined my order after i sent the conformation code they gave me and all but i did order 2 uniforms there in 2019 and they we bad quality the metallic part of the uniform faded after 2 competition that we close in weeks IF YOU NEED A MAJORETTE UNIFORM ODER FROM GEORGIE GIRL OR EXCLUSIVE_DESIGNS.MAJORETTE ON INSTAGRAM

Ordered color guard uniforms on 7/7/21. Tried checking on status several times, but no way to do that on website (unlike other companies I've ordered from). I was on hold for long periods of time. They finally answered an email in mid-September, explaining that there were supply chain issues and stating a possible ship date of 9/25. It's October 19, and I just cancelled my order, due entirely to the complete lack of communication and professionalism. Never again.

This company was recommended to me by a former Color Guard coach, and their products looks amazing, so we got an early start on our season and placed an order in early June. At that time I was told 8 weeks for items to be produced and shipped, which was perfect for a season starting mid-august. We would have time to alter before our first performance. WRONG. At 8 weeks, I had not heard a word from the company. I called and called and called and no one answered or returned my messages. I called a week after July 4th and the recording stated they were "celebrating the 4th of July" and did not give the option to leave a message. Obviously, I don't think that was correct. I emailed every address I could find on the website, and some came back as "user not found" while the rest just went unanswered. Finally, I was able to get ahold of someone and she insured me that our items were finished and had been shipped. WRONG AGAIN. Someone had put the wrong information in their system and while it looked like our order was shipped, it was actually not even IN PRODUCTION!! 8 weeks later we were repeating this process. We finally had to cancel the order as we missed half of the season.

Horrible, do not order from them. Was told my Sweatsuit would arrive an never got it. When i inquired they said it was discontinued an haven't gotten my money back yet

I can not thank Algy enough for helping us when we were in a bind. They did not even make our costumes but they fixed them all and had them returned back to me in less then a week so we can premiere our costumes at our first regional.
