This is my 2nd purchase from Discount Tire. My first purchase was 5 tires and wheels mounted and balanced etc. shipped to my home and I put them on myself. I got 63,000 miles on the set of tires! All Terrain tires on a Jeep!!!
So I ordered the same tires this time. But I'm older now so had them shipped to the store in Winter Haven, FL. Called and made my appointment. Showed up and they were so busy but my appointment was kept on time!
A small little hiccup on the spare tire to go on the back of the Jeep, but a wonderful young man, Cyle took good customer service to a higher level!!!! Cyle went way above my expectations and long story short, my wife's car will need tires next year and I'll be giving Cyle a call to take care of them for me. “I absolutely love this tire place. Affordable good tires. And if you have a problem with the tires you bought there quick to help you out with any problems you have with your tire situation. I live in Kissimmee and drive here just becasue they all ways have my size tire do to the type of car I have 2005 Mercedes Benz clk 500. Other tire places say they have to order it or don’t have it witch puts me in a bind if I need a new tire the same day.
