I’ve been a member with two accounts since day one at the Haines City location. Today I brought a family member vehicle to be washed and went through the non-member line. Katie was working and greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I had a membership. After I informed her that I actually had two accounts she asked if I were aware of the family membership. I said that I was unaware and she explained that I could be saving money while still getting the same great service. Katie looked over my account and said that I could be saving $30 a month by switching. Talk about savings!!! Thanks to Katie I still get the same great service for both of my vehicles but now I’m saving money every month. Thanks Katie for outstanding customer service.
