Just moved to Davenport/Haines City area from Orlando and my order for delivery is always missing something or there’s an issue. Today I ordered a sauce that was apparently out of stock and when I messaged the driver back with a substitute they told me “no”. I asked why and that they always substitute when out of stock or if there was anything else I could do and she then checked out 5 minutes later and sent me a paragraph in Spanish after checkout. I tried to message customer service to get help because I really needed it for a family function and paid extra for expedited delivery since I couldn’t leave the house but I only got an AI response.

Don’t bother with the mechanic shop, please. Save yourself a world of time and frustration, these people will not care about your time or hard earned money. They seem to not want to work. Very much “not my problem” people. Incompetent. Even the manager, Michael, gave incorrect information and was condescending.

Terrible customer service, these guys are scam artists. The store manager Michelle is probably the most incompetent person in a leadership position that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Wouldn’t recommend any online orders and definitely stay away from their car department, they’ll cause more problems than they’ll fix.

My partner and I recently moved to the area from near Seaworld, and we normally go to Walmart to get our car’s oil changed and tires rotated. We waited 4 hours yesterday! 4 freaking hours. I’ve never waited that long in my life. Half the time when I looked out there they weren’t even doing anything with my car. Afterwards didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. We also had some coins to turn in at the coin star thing and the individual at the register we went to didn’t even get the right amount back. They will not be getting our business again!
