Ordered an s24 to upgrade, i got a email confirmation that it was delivered today at 10:30 and received by J Rivera. Went to the storage to pick up my phone and nobody knows who J Rivera is, but also nobody wanted to make an effort abd aftually LOOK in the back to see where my phone had been placed which most stores have a locked cage to prevent theft, however it was too much to ask for at that moment. I even called fedex and they showed me the signature of the package received. So i guess lying to customers is a normal practice because employees dont feel like working at certain hours. Big black girl that attended me just told me to come back tomorrow and someone would figure it out. Ill just cancel my order and go somewhere else.

All I can say is this location really knows customer service when I walked up they opened the door they sat me right down and took care of all my concerns with my previous provider and was able to get not only me, but my children new phones. Augustine was amazing, the store Manager and others assisted him to provide the best service ever. Great teamwork at this location. Friendly, adaptable.. and number 1 professional. We'll worth every penny.

We went because my Mama's phone was broken we thought. But when we went to the store. We met Greg!! Wow!! Greg saved the day!! He was able to fix Mama's phone and get my oldest son a new phone!!! Greg worked it out that my bill was only $3 difference!!! Whoa!! Thank you!! Great service!!!

I just wanna say that I came in a week or so ago and Greg was super helpful with my issue that was going on. He went above and beyond to get my issue addressed. When going to this location and if Greg is working, I would ask for him to assist.

After 8 years with this company y just get disrespected on the Verizon location at Haines city, I just get there for help on one of my 2 phones that I have this one was not working I call Verizon and don’t help me 2 so I drive to this stor. Well this is my concern and why I’m living Verizon . Wen I get there they was amazing salesman by wen he see i just need help on my line service that was no working he make me sing a song that I don’t even like and is disgusting plus all other employees was talking low and wen I stated to song the song because I need that line all employees was laughing making fun of me - this is unacceptable more wen this city were I live and has apeesonal day on my Name . This company just don’t care - thank you for all this 8 years - all respect Verizon wen you don’t even respect me

Please see Ricky at this Verizon store. He’s kind, helpful, and the best at customer service! He came out to the car to help my 90 year old mom when we stopped in with questions about her account. He made sure he asked her if it was ok to talk to us (daughter and son in law) and answered all our questions. Can’t recommend him strongly enough!
