The person in charge, really rude not professional at all,at all the price too much for the room duty,if any body wants a room per that motel it’s not worth it,there it’s better hotel,every single day, bad I asked for toilet paper,oh my god looks like I ask for 100 dollars,really rude, never state there , they check u out before they give u the rate , oh yea, the worst ever!,i

No pets. Rooms are decent. The amazing restaurant out front is permanently closed.

Good clean rooms, excellent service, quiet. The shower was working but need repairs. Only bathroom electrial plug worked. Enjoyed staying here, due to the up charge from $79 to like $148 a night I will be staying elsewhere.

Rooms: Rooms are okay little outdated but rooms are really clean.
Walkability: Good location you're not going to go hungry there's a Wendy's next door and a Manny's BBQ cross the street and a pilot gas station next door as well.. there's also a pizza joint across the street.

The staff are kind & and courteous.The room was clean with comfortable mattresses.The only drawback is that they have a stove in the room, but it doesn't work.Excellent wifi.And we absolutely LOVED the pool.Oh yeah, and the location was great.And they let me park my semi here.I would certainly stay here again.Walkability: Convenient to local stores & restaurants within walking distance.

Although this is a older place my room was clean with fake hardwood floors, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of food choices within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and I would return to stay

First time staying at that motel or any motel in haines city. Met my sneaky link there and ended up making bacon for three hours. Price point was decent. But peaches was on her a game.
