i went to this location to ship a small box that weighed about 2 lbs, i was quoted almost $100 for the cheapest standard shipping. this office was cluttered and didn't inwardly appear very professional for a shipping service store. i also feel like i was being taken advantage of so i left and went to the post office and paid less than $20 to ship the package with USPS. online the services that i was quoted nearly $100 for were about $35 for ups and fedex, so triple the rates for a prepackaged shipment is thievery. i could care less if this place closed down to stop taking advantage of people.

I love coming to Rica's for all my shipping needs I have a small business and I ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx and I can drop off all 3 here without having to go to different locations for each. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
