Lied about the monthly payment I'd be seeing (bank is saying double the dealership did)
Check your numbers and don't trust the smiles.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. My 80 year old mother ordered a new mirror from you people for her car. She came to have it installed and your staff tells her they will not install it because "the guys don't want to work on just a half an hour job" WHAT?? So what, she's just supposed to leave with the mirror in her hand?
It's DISGUSTING that you treat people this way. Not the first time that I hear that this place treats the elderly this way.

I am super disappointed of how our case was managed. We went in yesterday to make a deal by trading in our car, however they continuously made us believe that there was absolutely no way our car would be worth what we expected. Yet, they adjusted the numbers approximately 5 times, then somehow managed to make the deal and offer what we wanted. They approved financing our car for the total amount but when we went in to officialize the deal the next day, they came up with an excuse that they were no longer working with credit unions. Overall, we were deceived and they did not go the extra mile to assure we would receive our original offer. I do not recommend this dealership because they try to work the numbers around what is convenient to them. They are not truthful and try to trap you in a payment that is beneficial for them but not for you.

@Toyota Bad experience with SETOYOTA FIN DBA OF WOFC they reported my account in arrears to the credit bureau; the account belongs to a vehicle given in total loss due to an accident in March 2024 and the total debt was paid on 04-30-2024.

Absolute worst dealer experience ever. Staff is poorly trained. My son coordinated to get his vehicle there. After being promised a delivery date it was a week later. Take the worst ran Walmart and this dealership reminded me of that. Bizarrely the showroom had one car on display, because they converted the showroom to the biggest waiting room I’ve ever seen. There looked like enough seating for over 150 people. See photo. We believed the paperwork was ready and my son would give them 50% in cash, and the dealership had loan options for the balance in place. We called the salesman who we worked via phone and he passed us off to a nice young man. Sadly the young man’s job was to prep the paperwork. He had my son sign an and initial several pages of paperwork. One was that the dealership gave him a copy of Florida’s Lemon Standards. I asked the young man to show me the phablet my son just signed for. He said they don’t give them out. That is a direct violation of Florida Consumer protection. I requested to see his Boss. That is when he was told that a copy of the Lemon Law was in the owner’s manual. So it was a learning lesson for him. We had a scheduled appt at 11, so my wife who is a Doctor and I met him for his first brand new car purchase. I wanted to walk out because the vibe was so pathetic. He special ordered a color, so we were kind of stuck. They didn’t get to us until 1:30, so clearly they don’t value the customers time. The salesman finally offered some help to the young man filling out the paperwork. The salesman was condescending and didn’t understand processing loans. I asked him if he backed what he just said, and he stood down and actually admitted he didn’t know the loan processing procedures and the finance personnel would answer our questions. Needless to say the salesman had already lost my respect when he lied to us. He promised my son all weather floor mats and just the factory mats were installed. While we waited hours I had time to walk the humongous waiting room. I watched two employees marking sales on the front showroom glass, just tacky and unprofessional. There was glass enclosed room with about 25 people at desks. Looked like a bull pin, the conversation sounded just like a male locker room. We regret using Miracle Toyota and wish we used a smaller dealership that felt more professional and family oriented. For goodness sakes clean the bathroom.

I had my Avalon serviced today. 3 hours 15 minutes. Then no one to answer my questions on warranty. I asked cashier didn’t help me. Finally asked for general manager. Manager of service helped me. Given keys from cashier. Good luck finding car. Couldn’t find it. Lady asked me if needed help then walked away the worst service I ever received there. It was hidden behind a big tank. They are total lacking in customer service.
