My jewelry repair was costly and the repair on my ring failed. 2nd ring prongs not as tight as should have been occasionly get snagged on clothes. I wouldn't recommend them for repairs.

Loved inspecting the jewelry choices. Staff was very attentive and personal. Great advice given. I left a bracelet for repair. When I inspected a day later, I noticed the end clasp loop was polished down to paper thin. Way too aggressive on the gold. Cost another 65$ to repair the repair.

Service and amazing work! Had my 30 year wedding ring lose a stone... they fixed it beautifully and got it back even faster than expected. Highly recommend

Was initially impressed by their service and pricing and was really excited they finished a promised one week repair job in one day. Then I picked up my ring and found they had polished away the brushed gold finish. We took it back after seeing it in the light and they said they "forgot" to put the finish back on. It took two attempts to get it close to what it looked like previously and still is not the same. Employee tried to say it would never match my wife's but they were bought as a matched set and they used to match. They told us when we dropped off the rings that they would take pictures before and after but apparently did not or would not show them to us. My wife bought a new diamond and they did not provide an appraisal report like every other jeweler has done - just a note on a piece of thermal receipt paper which will fade away with time.

This establishment has horrible customer service. They will not own up to their mistakes when it comes to engraving.. and whoever the gentleman, Ed is hang up the phone like a little child.

My wife and I wanted to sell some pieces we no longer use. The staff at Mehaffey was efficient and courteous and gave us a very fair price for our jewelry. Would definitely recommend.

We brought in our wedding bands to be made a bit bigger. We were told it took a week. To our surprise, we were called about one an a half hour later, that they were ready.The bands were stretched, my husband's doesn't have the same thickness or shape in half of it, we were certain that they would add gold, for how much we were charged, and in order to keep the same shape of the original band. We were left sad a disappointed. If you are looking to adjust jewelery with special meaning, this place may not be the best idea.

Nice family owned and operated. Needed a ring sized. Was very happy with their workmanship. They also have a beautiful selection of unique pieces.
