Yeah I had a gold chain I need it to be worked on I called them he wasn't even at the shop and he pulled up he told me wait one minute and he was there good guy and he had my chain finish and less than an hour and went and picked it up

Awesome customer service, same day jewelry repair, took a total of 3 chains to repair and high quality service, no issues with repairs, will definitely return for anymore of my jewelry repairs and business, they have high quality gold jewelry with some weight on them no hollow junk , highly recommended A+

I went to this place thinking to support a small business. I purchased a small pair of gold earrings when the time came to checkout she took my bankcard and after a few minutes of waiting she said it was taking too long. I felt bad so i thought let me use my credit card instead. A day or two later I look at my back acct and see a charge pending for Maria's paradise and I check my credit card and it was the same. I expect the charge to go away but it doesn't the money is withdrawn. I go back to Maria and ask her to refund the second payment. After some difficulty she checks her poc system and says the charge isn't there so she can't refund me. I ask if she can checkthe bank acct that it goes to and she says no. So they took two payments and refused to return one. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
